It is in the suburbs of Florence, feels relatively safe, and is quite close to the old town. Quite pleasantly surprised, with a retro manor style, comfortable environment, and swimming. It's just that the room equipment is a bit old, the cabinets and other things are relatively antique, and the sound insulation is relatively poor. It depends on whether the style is acceptable to the individual. I personally think it has a unique charm. The mattress is also very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, and the wine for dinner is also good.

This is the best hotel in every way. This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances. During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule. We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

The room is very large and very comfortable in Italy, with a small garden (but very tasteless, semi-open, more than a parking space), and the vineyard of the winery outside the window. We booked an extra wine tour from the official website and it was also very interesting. The key is that the price is reasonable relative to this area, and the overall recommendation

They charge to use the spa (Turkish bath and jacuzzi) and even if I wanted to pay, they close at 7:00 pm. I suggest staying until midnight.

Very nice and clean place Too bad I booked with incorrect information We chose believing that we could use the spa in the evening/night since with our commitments we couldn't use anything else Instead we discovered that it is a service that is only available on Thursdays and Saturdays But by now we had already paid and planned everything

Located in the west of Florence, if you don't have a chartered car, you need to take a train from Florence to Empoli Station, and then take a taxi for 25 minutes to the hotel (about 50 euros). The hotel is in the fields, and it takes a while to drive from the town. There are many hotels and folk customs on each small hill nearby. The hotel is very large. In addition to the accommodation area, it is surrounded by grape fields, farms, and areas for hotel project activities. The environment is very beautiful, close to nature, and implements the original ecological concept. Some of the restaurant ingredients come from their own farms. There are cypress trees of different heights on the surrounding country roads. It seems that a batch of small trees were planted along the road for tourists to take pictures, so that they can become a row of neat cypress trees. The hotel's architectural style is an Italian farm. The exterior looks simple, the interior is relatively gorgeous, and the Renaissance decoration is beautiful and atmospheric. It was foggy in the early morning, and the fog dissipated before noon. There was plenty of light in the afternoon, and the sunset in the evening was very beautiful on the fields. The sunrise and the forest opened, and the scenery was different in four seasons. Stayed for 2 nights, during which I experienced truffle picking (155 euros/person) and wine tasting (50 euros/person). It was interesting to experience it. But unlike expected, there was not much participation in truffle picking. We came to a forest and followed the footsteps of truffle hunters and hounds to search in the forest. There were explanations during the period, but we did not experience the process of digging truffles in person. Wine tasting visited the wine cellar and then tasted it outdoors. During the stay, you can walk around the hotel to pass the time and you will not feel bored. The greenery is relaxing. In fact, some scenes can also be seen in most rural areas, but the hotel's supporting facilities cannot keep up. We need to return to the hotel to get a holiday-like rest after walking tired. The hotel has two restaurants, including breakfast. One restaurant is a local restaurant, and the other restaurant is a Michelin green star. The taste is pretty good. You can only choose between them during the stay because there are no other restaurants nearby. It is worth mentioning that the pool selection suite where I stayed on the second night is close to the swimming pool. You can go swimming as soon as you open the door, but many bugs were found in the room. The hotel service was uneven. One of the interns did not speak English well, and it took us a long time to communicate about changing rooms. The other intern was fluent in English and had a good service attitude. On the return trip, I chose to have the hotel make an appointment to send me to Empoli Station (68 euros).

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient for walks. The staff is polite and very friendly. Upon learning it was my first time in Florence, they gave me a tourist map and informed me about the sights, even drawing a convenient route for me. At my request, they printed out a concert ticket. The room was warm. I made tea using my own water heater, so the absence of a kettle wasn't an issue. Breakfast was perfectly fine, just like at most hotels. The hotel definitely undersells itself with its star rating; it could easily be a 3-star.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, but it had all the necessary amenities and was very quiet. The luggage storage felt a bit informal and insecure since bags were left unattended, but thankfully, theft doesn't seem to be a common problem. Its location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the Duomo.

DDamironkzThe hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

XXingzoutiankong886A three-star hotel in China. Average quality. Cleanliness is acceptable. The room's soundproofing is extremely poor. It feels like a converted office building; there's no soundproofing at all. The king-size bed is two single beds joined together.

GGuest UserThe location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

SSeanSeccoWe stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general.

TtakuminThe elevator was shaky and the exterior was a bit old, with many noticeable features. I was also bothered by the dim lighting throughout the building and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. Also, the lights at the entrance didn't work. Still, it's just a short tram ride from center of Florence on the T2 line, and I was able to sleep well in my private room with dim, indirect lighting. Breakfast is included, so I think it's reasonable for the price. I didn't realize there was a laundry room there, so I didn't use it. There was also a coin laundry nearby.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Florence is more like a B&B. It is a very old house. There is no 24-hour front desk, which I overlooked. It was already past seven when I arrived. The door was locked and I needed to call to communicate (I later found that the hotel had sent me an email with the door code). I found that there was no elevator after entering the door, and the stairs were very narrow. I almost cried. When I booked, I saw that no one complained about the lack of elevator in the comments, so I didn't confirm it again. The room I was given was on the fourth floor. After communicating for a long time, I could only lock the big box at the front desk and take the necessary things to the room. Fortunately, I negotiated with Maria at the front desk early the next morning to upgrade me to a deluxe room on a lower floor, and later she helped me move my luggage. Thank her very much. The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience. It is ten minutes away from the train station, but because the road is old, it is a bit inconvenient to drag heavy luggage. It is close to the Central Market, Duomo de Fiore, Medici Chapel and Academy of Fine Arts Museum, and you can walk there. Maybe the hotel's hardware facilities are defective, and it provides a wealth of free drinks, free coffee at the front desk, biscuits, etc., which is quite heartwarming. There is no breakfast in the hotel. For breakfast, you need to give a breakfast coupon to go to the cooperating restaurant to get a piece of bread and a cup of coffee. You can choose the variety. There are many small restaurants around, which is convenient.
