The overall experience was very good. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and the swimming pool is a highlight. The hotel is about a half-hour drive from the city center, and the front desk can help call taxis, making travel quite convenient. I recommend choosing a deluxe or superior room in the main building, as they offer a good sense of space and comfort. Having stayed in both, the classic rooms are relatively compact and have more basic facilities. It's perfect for those who want to experience a slower pace of life in Florence, and I highly recommend it.
The hotel is OK in this area, after all, there are no good hotels around. Breakfast is very ordinary, there is no freshly squeezed juice, this needs to be charged separately, which makes me a little surprised.
Facilities: OK, it's reasonable
Hygiene: OK
Environment: OK
Service: OK
This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

The location is quite good. About 15 minutes from Siena FS station and within the walled area.
The room was a bit small for three people.
But it was enough for a one-night stay. We went in August, and luckily there was a small fan, because it was horribly hot in the room.
The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation.
The gentleman at reception was a 10.
I stayed here for 3 nights.
đBus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently.
đBreakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered.
đthere's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel.
(7 minutes by walk)
đNetflix isn't set on the TV.
đthe shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.
The room is very large and very comfortable in Italy, with a small garden (but very tasteless, semi-open, more than a parking space), and the vineyard of the winery outside the window. We booked an extra wine tour from the official website and it was also very interesting. The key is that the price is reasonable relative to this area, and the overall recommendation
The hotel lobby and corridor photos are shown in the picture, and the layout is very warm. The family suite room is large, the air conditioning and cooling effect is good, the key is very special, and the door is rotated. Breakfast is very rich, but you have to go to the ancient city. In addition, there is no kettle. There is no elevator, you have to climb the stairs yourself. Parking in the roadside parking lot, free and safe. The front desk brother will help carry the luggage to the 2nd floor, praise! In the morning, the scenery on the balcony is very good, and the sun is just shining.
This is a very old hot spring hotel, not luxurious, most of the customers are locals; the room is large, the facilities are relatively old, but the European-style bed with curtains and very old wooden windows (with wooden shutters) are very European, and the bathroom facilities feel like they are still in the 70s and 80s; it is worth mentioning that the piano room where breakfast is located has a royal and aristocratic atmosphere when taking photos, super đ
Located in the west of Florence, if you don't have a chartered car, you need to take a train from Florence to Empoli Station, and then take a taxi for 25 minutes to the hotel (about 50 euros). The hotel is in the fields, and it takes a while to drive from the town. There are many hotels and folk customs on each small hill nearby. The hotel is very large. In addition to the accommodation area, it is surrounded by grape fields, farms, and areas for hotel project activities.
The environment is very beautiful, close to nature, and implements the original ecological concept. Some of the restaurant ingredients come from their own farms. There are cypress trees of different heights on the surrounding country roads. It seems that a batch of small trees were planted along the road for tourists to take pictures, so that they can become a row of neat cypress trees. The hotel's architectural style is an Italian farm. The exterior looks simple, the interior is relatively gorgeous, and the Renaissance decoration is beautiful and atmospheric. It was foggy in the early morning, and the fog dissipated before noon. There was plenty of light in the afternoon, and the sunset in the evening was very beautiful on the fields. The sunrise and the forest opened, and the scenery was different in four seasons.
Stayed for 2 nights, during which I experienced truffle picking (155 euros/person) and wine tasting (50 euros/person). It was interesting to experience it. But unlike expected, there was not much participation in truffle picking. We came to a forest and followed the footsteps of truffle hunters and hounds to search in the forest. There were explanations during the period, but we did not experience the process of digging truffles in person. Wine tasting visited the wine cellar and then tasted it outdoors. During the stay, you can walk around the hotel to pass the time and you will not feel bored. The greenery is relaxing. In fact, some scenes can also be seen in most rural areas, but the hotel's supporting facilities cannot keep up. We need to return to the hotel to get a holiday-like rest after walking tired.
The hotel has two restaurants, including breakfast. One restaurant is a local restaurant, and the other restaurant is a Michelin green star. The taste is pretty good. You can only choose between them during the stay because there are no other restaurants nearby.
It is worth mentioning that the pool selection suite where I stayed on the second night is close to the swimming pool. You can go swimming as soon as you open the door, but many bugs were found in the room. The hotel service was uneven. One of the interns did not speak English well, and it took us a long time to communicate about changing rooms. The other intern was fluent in English and had a good service attitude.
On the return trip, I chose to have the hotel make an appointment to send me to Empoli Station (68 euros).

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient for walks. The staff is polite and very friendly. Upon learning it was my first time in Florence, they gave me a tourist map and informed me about the sights, even drawing a convenient route for me. At my request, they printed out a concert ticket. The room was warm. I made tea using my own water heater, so the absence of a kettle wasn't an issue. Breakfast was perfectly fine, just like at most hotels. The hotel definitely undersells itself with its star rating; it could easily be a 3-star.
GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket â I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street â it's a total rip-off!
DDamironkzThe hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, itâs a 30â40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence.
The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insectâthough it didnât bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.
GGuest UserWe didnât realise that this place is only having driveway to get there. At night, we carried two 23kg big suitcases and walked there. That was a terrible experience. Other than that, the AC inside the room seemed to have some problem, we felt so hot and hard to breath during our stay. But tbh, I didnât expect much with the price (ÂŁ94 per night)
GGuest UserThe hotel is older, but its well maintained, clean, and the staff provide excellent service. Iâd definitely stay there again if I were visiting Sienna. Itâs the closest you can stay without entering the ZTL, and walking distance from the Duomo.
SSeanSeccoWe stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general.
GGuest UserThe food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them.
Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and a five-minute walk from the Duomo. There's a supermarket in front of the station, a 1.19 euro shop two doors down from the hotel, and a cafeteria (trattoria?) directly across from the hotel that's open from 6am until late at night. Their focaccia is about 2 euros cheaper than other places. Overall, it was incredibly convenient.
The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful. During my stay, I locked my room key in after a staff member had gone home and was locked out. Another guest had to call the owner to explain the situation, causing a huge commotion. They even came over on their motorbike late at night just to unlock the room for me. I regret not being able to express my thanks and apologies in person when a different staff member checked out the next day.
The room was very clean, the shower water pressure and temperature were perfect, and the heating worked well, keeping me warm and free of any issues.
I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.
XXDLiuFacilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good.
Hygiene: clean
Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.
