The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet.
The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro.
Excellent quality- price, I advise you!

GGuest UserAs always, this hotel is a sure bet. The staff are kind and professional, and the breakfast is superb. Both the breakfast and restaurant staff are always attentive and courteous. Dinner was very good, even though we arrived late due to a train delay. The only minor issues I found were in the room: the terrace door didn't close properly, and the kettle wasn't working. These are minor problems that shouldn't exist given the hotel's nightly rate and they did impact my overall rating, which otherwise would have been absolutely excellent. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied this time as well.

Whether you are navigating the Rome Metro to see the local sights or catching a high-speed train out of the city for a day trip, the proximity to the station makes logistics seamless and stress-free.
The Room & Atmosphere
While the location shines, the accommodations are more modest. The rooms are basic and definitely feel a bit worn out, reflecting an older style of Roman hospitality. One thing to keep in mind is the sound insulation; the walls and ceilings are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear neighbors in the hallway or footsteps from the floors above. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a must.
Dining
Breakfast is a reliable, typical Italian spread. You can expect a variety of pastries, breads, and preserves, complemented by solid juices and a quality cappuccino to start your morning. It’s simple, sweet, and classic.
Service
The staff is a major plus. The front desk is accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or directions. Their welcoming attitude goes a long way in making up for the hotel’s older infrastructure.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, but it was spotless. A key thing to know is that Italian hotels often provide two flat sheets instead of a duvet cover. If you're staying, you can choose to sleep between them.

DDede.xiansenThe hotel itself is decent. It's conveniently located, and the facilities are alright, including a washer/dryer. I booked early, so it was a steal at just over 600 RMB a night. Not many reviews for this place, so I'll add more photos. They give you a voucher for the downstairs restaurant, which you can redeem for a free glass of red wine—a nice little perk. After 7 or 8 PM, you'll see a lot of homeless people around, but there are also police patrols, so no need to worry too much. Overall, at just over 600 RMB a night, it's pretty good and offers great value for money!

CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style.You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the main attractions here in Rome. I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.

LLife즐기기 n일차The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is not bad. It's very outskirts, so the train is cut off after 12 o'clock and you have to take a taxi. It's a perfect place to stay
The new metro line C is also available once to the Colosseum, and it takes 25 minutes without transfer.
