the place is nice, clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the water runs smoothly (btw I'm economical with AC) the room is a bit small so if it's for a family of more than 3 people it's not suitable. This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

The villa where I live is a distance away from the front desk at the entrance of the villa area, which is inconvenient to contact. The location is strategic near the beach. The service is good, actually only the waiters in the cafe section are very rude girls. the hygiene is relatively clean. For the facilities, it is almost complete, only the toiletries are not enough. The point is that the room is really ordinary but the view is amazing 😍

The parking floor is really dirty, the toilet is not clean too, and the water drain in the toilet is blocked until the bathroom floods. Other than that it is good, the place is comfortable and the facilities are okay

The hotel used to be a luxurious hotel with a wide range of facility from pool, tennis court, restaurant, etc.. It is non air conditioned but have a very pleasant weather.. room includes daily breakfast (a buffet of fried rice, noodle, and sunny side up)
