AAnonymous UserWe stayed at May Hotel for two nights before flying back to Germany, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast and dinner were good. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, and dinner was tasty with enough selection. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel also has a gym with enough equipment for a basic workout, which was a nice bonus during our stay. The hotel itself is comfortable, although the rooms and facilities feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The location is also not the most convenient, as there is no direct beach access—you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach. Overall, it’s a good value for money with excellent service, comfortable rooms, decent food, and useful amenities. With some modernization and a more convenient beach location, it would easily be an even better stay.

AAnastasia123We stayed here with my mom for one night, and we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was special. The location is perfect—set in a peaceful village, just a one-minute walk to a wide, spacious beach with easy access to the water. The room was spotless, freshly renovated, and even smelled pleasant. We had a large balcony with a table, and everything was so clean that when we wiped the table, there wasn’t even a trace of dust. The attention to detail in the cleaning was truly impressive. The owner was wonderful to meet—so kind, welcoming, and generous. He treated us to fresh fruit and shared many helpful tips about the area, making our stay feel extra personal and warm. Breakfast was another highlight: homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much care. This hotel completely won us over—the location, the atmosphere, the hospitality, everything was perfect. We already dream of coming back and staying longer.

SSoho KArrived in the morning through bus #12 from central bus station. Left luggage with hotel and went around. Very friendly staff, looks like family business? Stayed in the room with garden view facing bushes, which means more likely to have mosquitos, and nice that they provided plug-in repellent liquid, but I should have asked for it the first night. But nearby area is covered with the liquid after running it overnight. The bus going to city center is not so punctual, especially on Sunday, so be ready to wait for 10-30 minutes. Breakfast is very good. The restaurants nearby are good too. There are washer and dryer available in the basement

SSοtIt had a wonderful sea view, but unfortunately, our stay was not as expected. The hosts were polite and very willing to help, but the amenities differed from the description. Although the listing stated that the room had 3 single adult beds, in reality, it had two and a foldable mold smelling camping cot, which made sleeping for the third adult in our family particularly uncomfortable and exhausting. Furthermore, there was no hot water in the shower from noon until the following morning. Overall, they did not answer the business mobile phone, so we just left the key on the table when leaving. I think for what we paid it did not worth it.

GGuest UserFrom the very first night the lovely young gentleman (very long name ) was most helpful We were travelling with another couple and found this resort to be excellent It’s not super new but well looked after Location location beachfront on the beach chairs and umbrellas Big breakfast Would recommend for a home base for seeing Chania, balos beach , ellofonsia beach. Restaurants everywhere, markets Also parking Downside - a little bit of a walk to beach Like 3 minutes :) Would recommend for couples with friends Or young families

AAlesia PA wonderful place to stay in Heraklion with very friendly and welcoming staff. The Residence is very clean and cozy, with a quiet inner courtyard and a lovely garden. There is no parking right next to the residence, but you can stop for a couple of minutes in front of the building to unload your luggage. There is also an affordable robotic parking just a 3-minute drive away. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!

GGuest UserDear all. It is a beautiful House with very kind and very friendly Owner. Very thoughtful and caring about our needs. We had a Beautiful view to the seaside. We enjoyed it very much to stay there in our holidays. And although we were there just for a few days, it was very relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back. The island is very beautiful and a good place for Hollidays and to relax. We love it.
