Pet Friendly Hotels in Adjara, Georgia

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

We stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious. Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing. Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good. It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite.

С балконом и видом на море. Стоит учитывать загруженность лифтов, вниз можно спускаться по 10-15 минут. Набережная в шаговой доступности. Так же рядом кафе и рестораны, но лучше посещать в старом городе. Так же нужно быть готовым к тому, что большая часть тут курит, поэтому с балкона постоянно может тянуть, если его открывать. Мы всем довольны. Цена - качество, пятёрка.

Good place overall. However, I have some issues with the description on Trip.com versus reality. Firstly, daily cleaning was advertised but wasn't provided at Mzuiri. Secondly, there was no luggage storage available either. To whom should I complain? Trip.com, please verify your information and don't mislead consumers. Despite these issues, the apartment itself left us with wonderful impressions. Thank you.

The good is the location and view of the sea. But, frankly, the coastline is so long that it is easy to choose another option with no less good location. The apartment is very sad. The furniture is as cheap as possible. For 3 nights, two people left on a large towel and a small one. Seriously? There is a laundry machine in the apartment, but there is not even one pill for it. There are dishes, but there is no means to wash it. Again, for 3 nights, 2 people left on 1 tiny tube of shampoo and on the same tiny shower gel. Cleaning is not provided. I wonder, and if the family is settled for a week, they will not clean up and change their towels during this time too? The electricity is a separate song. Early or later, there will be a fire in this apartment and it will start with a lamp in the bathroom. The bathroom does not close the door because the lock is broken. I don't understand why it isn't possible to fix everything before people are set? When evicted, we were told to wait 10 minutes until we checked out whether the apartment is OK. I understand that this is a normal requirement, but can you somehow warn about it in advance? People can be late at the airport. The TV does not work - is disabled for non-payment, wi-fi is, but it is impossible to use it, as it is necessary to log in. There is a Sunset restaurant nearby from where the music is grinning at midnight. If you are hard to sleep, it will be a serious test for you. We were in room 2218 and I don 't advise anyone.
