Nive tavern style room with tea and coffee making facilities, above a friendly bar, good access to digbeth businesses. Very nice and helpful staff.

Booked here through trip.com for twin room. Arrived at hotel who said been booked as king room. Were very helpful and changed room and put single bed in with double as no twins left. Receptionist stated frequently have this issue with agents booking hotel. Issue resolved easily. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfy. Great location for NEC, BP PULSE LIVE AND AIRPORT.

Lovely staffs, It felt warm when a staff greeted me in the morning with a bright smile, the room was tidy in the morning when I got back. Room very clean, toilet and bath was clean as well. Had no concerns felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to use. Rooms are big and convenient.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are a bit dated but there is no difficulty in using them properly. From my 4th floor room I can see part of the Coventry Transport Museum building, which is nice. It may take a while for the TV to be switched on, though. The bed is large and comfortable and the room is quiet at night, so I have a good night sleep. Tips: Prepare your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shower wash when you spend the night here. The hotel is very close to the Pool Meadow Bus Station, the main street and other tourist attractions so it's very convenient.

Lovely room, bed was amazing. Food was superb. Staff were fantastic. Leisure pool could do with a re fresh and our room was freezing cold. The heating kept switching itself off. Room 244. Would stay again but in the Warmer months.

When | booked this room in the description was the word 'accessable' was in the description, this means it is a wheelchair accessable room, I, by lack of a correct description booked this room, as all of these rooms are right by reception I did not get a good nights sleep, too many people in and out at all hours, I had asked for a quiet room, I was told that if I wanted to change rooms I would have to pay an extra £5.00, this I agreed to, unfortunatly there were no other rooms available, when I asked why the room had not been described at wheelchair accessable which I would not have book as I am not disabled and would not book that room as a genuine disabled person may have wanted it. I was told it was down to political correctness. Woke rubbish strikes again, for goodness sake it is what it is, its wheelchair accessable, as I misunderstood the description so could a genuine disabled person and would possibly not have booked this room thinking it didn't have the right facilities in it!!

The experience was awesome! The staff were really nice too. They helped me out a lot. I'm totally into it!

Convenient hotel with Aldi next door and walkable into Halesowen town for bus services into Birmingham

The hotel is on the side of the road, the route is not set, the car is easy to detour
