Competent hotel with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice bar, didn’t try the food.
Not happy to pay £10 for parking, but not knowing the town gave us little choice.
Location is generally not good because the town of Bridgewater is really pretty dire. Would not return for that reason.

Facilities: Perfect! The shower is spacious with great water pressure, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which was a lifesaver for drying clothes. The room also has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks and biscuits, and a capsule coffee machine (though I don't drink coffee). Overall, it far exceeded my expectations.
Cleanliness: Excellent, spotless.
Ambiance: British-themed, with truly beautiful decor. From the common areas to the room and the restaurant, every detail is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye.
Service: Flawless. I couldn't find the main entrance, and the front desk staff actually came out to meet me. They were thoughtful, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating!
I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bath.
The room was very clean and the staff was kind!
I think it's hot in summer because there is no air conditioner, but it's cool at night, so it was just right to open the window.
The breakfast was also volume and delicious.
I felt very convenient with outlets near this facility
Very friendly and welcoming, accommodating staff who are helpful with requests and a fab location right in the centre. Nice breakfasts. Rooms are exceptional value, albeit some areas / parts of the rooms are a little rough around the edges. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent shared bathroom. Jamie was the perfect host, very helpful and friendly. An excellent place to stay whilst visiting friends in Somerset.

Comfortable Stay and Great Location
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey.
The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.
We stayed 1 night to break up a long journey. Excellent location right at Taunton Deane Services. Check in was quick and easy, room was large with double bed and single bed for our 9 year old. It was clean and warm perfect for us. Will definitely use again
I stayed at the most beautiful place yesterday — it truly exceeded my expectations. Although it’s in a slightly remote location, that actually added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the city. The service was absolutely five-star; everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had massage features, which was such a luxurious touch. Every detail made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. If you're looking for a hidden gem that offers both beauty and comfort, this place is 100% worth the visit.

Breakfast was brilliant (especially the fruit salad), the room was so clean and the proprietors were very attentive, happy and helpful. It's the second time my son and I have visited there, and look forward to going back soon

BBobXA clean and comfortable room - good value for the price charged.
Although breakfast is available, food service is not available at any other times (with the exception of a Sunday lunch carvery)

AAnonymous UserThis Villa has more than two hundred years of history and the interior decoration is very beautiful and tasteful. The location is not very easy to find, Trip.com The location is accurate, you can see a small door near the sign and ring the doorbell. The breakfast provided is very rich, all silver tableware is very expensive. The old story about Villa in the room made me a little anxious before going to bed, but think about the ancient house with more than two hundred years of history. The story of life and death in it has been a lot. The owner specially printed the information and mentioned it. The emotions behind it should be proud.
