Facilities: The room was a bit cold. The central air conditioning wasn't working well. The hotel provided a heater, but it was still chilly! Cleanliness: Not good. Ambiance: It's not far from the airport, which was convenient for an early morning flight. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Staff of this Travel lodge are very helpful indeed. All go out of their way to help. When we arrived, Sanjay helped us with car parking and stored luggage for us while we sorted it out. We were given items we asked for when the cleaner forgot to leave them in our room. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The hotel is in an excellent location and is quiet at night.

Big disappointment, check in at around 5pm and found out there is no electricity. it only came back at around midnight, and again at around 8am in the next morning, they lost electricity again. I don't see any efforts from the staff to ease the problem. Phone signal was bad too adding fuel to fire.

The location was good, right at the services. However, upon arrival at the reception and whilespeakingto the receptionists, the reception area stinked of sweat. But the receptionists were friendly. The bath had marks on it like it hasn't been washed. There was no shower gel. Parking was £5

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

Good hotel good location , we a beautiful weekend getaway loved the spa treatment , the lady gave such a great massage very good service really enjoyed my self .the lady at the main reception who checked us in Even though I told her we celebrating my 50th birthday. She didn’t seem to be bothered or offered anything. She just ignored us .

I like this hotel very much, very special, the restaurant breakfast is a la carte, but the bread blueberry yogurt is free. The room also gives two bottles of glass bottled water for free every day, but it is not mineral water, and it is also the drinking water of the locals. The hotel is in the small town of Newbury, the surrounding environment is beautiful, there are many English country villas 🏡, I saw a good heart 💗. I just want to enjoy the rural scenery different from the city 😄

This time I stayed again, because I was satisfied with the early stay, the location is convenient, there is parking, the room is clean, the staff is warm and helpful, Breakfast is also very good, I will choose this hotel next time.

A very nice hotel. The room was warm and tidy. The restaurant was good with many food to choose. Easy to find the hotel.

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.
