Location for hotel was perfect. Very near to Dresden Central Station. Lots of shopping areas just below the hotel and nearby. The room is abit small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. From hotel to the main attraction are within walking distance.
The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!
The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Locations is amazing, take train to Leipzig Markt and within a minute walk you are here!
There’s no hair dryer and towel in the room (I didn’t ask for it tho) so if you have super long hair I recommend being your own.
Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and also very quality very good. The spa and wellness area invites to relax, even for small children the smaller pool is ideal for planning as the water temperature is pleasant here.

In the city center, the attractions are very close, the hotel is very clean, the toiletries are all Parma water, there are large shopping malls nearby, it is convenient to eat, come back next time!
One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever visited. We loved the style of the hotel and the incredibly friendly reception, who provided us with an amazing suite for the duration of our stay! 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering a stay in Dresden. While it is not completely central, it is well connected with the tram and Dresden Mitte nearby and only a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt.
Family room with two double beds, the family is really comfortable to travel
The decoration of the room is low-key and elegant, and it is quiet at night.
Sleep well.
Breakfast is full, breakfast on the river bank view
I like this hotel very much and I like Maison very much.
The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

GGuest UserIt’s a creative and colorful place with an exceptionally friendly staff! :)
The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍
GGaojuqingluonaoyangyangThe location is very good. Just walk straight out of the train station gate and you will reach the hotel in 5 minutes. It is a commercial pedestrian street, not far from the surrounding City Hall Square, shopping malls and supermarkets. It is quiet and safe. The rooms are not big and the facilities are simple. It is cost-effective.
GGlennWas stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.
GGuest UserA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.
GGuest UserWe were there for the Luisenfest and thought it was great. Everything in the room was clean and very hygienic. Of course it's a house from 1884, which means that not everything can or should be perfectly renovated (broken). But that's what makes it so special. Great people work there!
Breakfast is everything you need without any unnecessary things and only costs €8.50. You can have breakfast inside or outside, which I particularly love. WiFi was so-so, but there were a lot of people logged on.
From the balcony I had a full view of the festival.
GGuest UserClose to Dresden Airport, the bus station is at the door, and there is a supermarket opposite for replenishment. A little old but clean and tidy. There is a billiard room downstairs. It was late when we arrived, but the waiter still opened the door for us. Let us remember to turn off the lights and close the door when we leave.
CChin HongGreat location which is just like 5 minutes walk from the HBF station.
A lot of wonderful restaurants nearby, including shopping areas.
The rooms are clean and perfect for family trip.
AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and tidy, hope to keep it that way!
The environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun, the nearby shopping malls and supermarkets are convenient for shopping, and it is very close to the train station! The security is very good!
GGuest UserGreat small hotel with very friendly and engaged staff.
Super breakfast and modern hotel facilities.
The restaurant offers an excellent dinner with a good food card on the evening from 17:00 - 21:00.
To the city centre walk twenty minutes. Bus stop right in front of the hotel building.
