Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. Near to central and convenient to reach.

During my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. When I asked for towels, which I believed I had paid €4 for upon arrival, the receptionist (Felix) stated that I hadn't paid and that no one else was available to help me at that moment. The payment wasn't initially checked, and I was told that no towels would be provided without payment. After I returned with my receipt, the payment was still questioned, and it was suggested that the €4 might have been for something else, like another purchase. Before contacting a colleague, he made the remark, ”You're not showering tonight anyway,” even though I hadn't mentioned showering. I found this unnecessary and uncomfortable. Only after my insistence did he contact a colleague, who explained that the €4 was for the city tax and bed linen. Once this was clarified, the issue was immediately resolved. This situation could have been cleared up from the beginning if a colleague had been contacted right away. I also observed guests being loudly addressed in common areas when house rules were enforced, and activities were stopped without explanation. While the hostel itself was nice, the style of communication made my stay unpleasant. I would not stay here again and believe that clearer and more considerate communication from the staff would significantly improve the experience.

The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

Family room with two double beds, the family is really comfortable to travel The decoration of the room is low-key and elegant, and it is quiet at night. Sleep well. Breakfast is full, breakfast on the river bank view I like this hotel very much and I like Maison very much.

I've known about this hotel for a while, but this was my first time staying during the Christmas market season. It has a beautiful view, and the room was spacious, so I had a wonderful stay. I was in room 570, and the room condition was exceptionally good. I definitely plan to stay here again if I come back to Dresden.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room in Adina Hotel. The room was very large, estimated to be about 40 square meters. The room equipment is very high-end, including an electronically controlled stove, a built-in oven, a dishwasher and a front-loading washing machine. The TV has many channels and rich programs. The decoration of the room is very new, probably only about 2 years ago. The hotel is very close to Leipzig train station, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk with your suitcase. The hotel's room service is also good. I will choose hotels with the same name in other cities in the future.

Kind and attentive hotel staff, good breakfast, large and comfortable room, blackout curtains, super location: arrived at the station and from the station you can go to the airport, nearby is the center and the cool Bach Museum, shopping center and the best shops. The only thing, I would still like a kettle in the room and the pillows are strange, some thin and there are only two of them, slept on two at once, put them on top of each other)) I really liked the hotel! This hotel is 300 meters south of the exit of Leipzig Central Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a commercial area nearby, and shopping is convenient. The hotel room is clean and quiet, but the room is not too big, the bed is relatively narrow, and there are no facilities such as kettles and refrigerators. The hotel room rate is more than 600 yuan per day. A 10-minute walk to the south of the hotel is St. Thomas Church, where the famous music master Bach served for 30 years. In front of the door stands a bronze statue of Bach. His tomb is in the church, and his former residence is opposite the church. For lovers of European classical music, this hotel is a good choice when traveling to Leipzig.
