There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

When we left, the receptionist gave us a large bag of snacks. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other family members during the Peach Blossom Festival.

It's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

The hotel is particularly good. On the day we went, the hotel manager helped us to get the oil release documents, and the whole county was out of power. This store was still trying to use diesel generators to generate electricity for the entire hotel. This is how we can wash clothes, absorb oxygen, and charge the best hotel for the whole trip. The room layout is reasonable, the color matching is good, and it is full of ethnic characteristics. The paintings and photos on the wall are artistic.
