My overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's environment is elegant and quiet, the room has excellent natural light, and the facilities are complete and brand new. The air conditioning and bathroom fixtures all work smoothly. The staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to any requests. The cleanliness is exceptional; there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The location downstairs is very convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around without detours. The price is affordable with no hidden fees. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended!

I specifically booked this hotel when I came to conquer Mount Emei, as it has a pool for soaking. After a long climb, a 30-minute soak was really great, very comfortable, and helped relieve fatigue. The environment here is nice, and I also visited Xianxia Yunji, which I felt was perfect for ancient Chinese costumes. The rooms are laid out in a 'U' shape, and it wasn't too crowded, which was good. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance. The service was excellent.

I really wanted to give a good review, but after much hesitation, I decided to be honest. As soon as I entered the room, I found a slipper behind the door, which shows the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The wooden trim by the bed was broken (see picture), exposing a nail, and I scraped my calf when I walked past it. I told the front desk staff, and they said they'd send someone to fix it, but they didn't show any concern for my injury. The wound got a bit inflamed, which inconvenienced my subsequent travel. I just hope they actually fix it so the next guest doesn't get hurt. The LED strip light by the bed had also fallen off. Overall, it feels like the hotel isn't very well-maintained, and the price of over 700 yuan per night doesn't quite match the service; it's a bit too high.

This was my first trip to Zigong, and after some research, I decided to stay at the newly opened Huesing Hilton Hotel. After checking in, I received a warm welcome gift of cookies, which were absolutely delicious! Let me start with the lobby lounge. It has a great design aesthetic with sophisticated color schemes. I stayed in a deluxe suite, which had L-shaped floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view. The scenery was fantastic; I could look down over Nanhu Park across the street, a lush green expanse. The room's facilities were brand new, the decor was tasteful, and the small details were thoughtfully considered. I especially want to mention the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas; the shower stall was large, and there was plenty of hot water. The restaurant also deserves high praise. The breakfast spread was well-balanced, with both Chinese and Western options, and the variety was impressive. A special shout-out to the Chinese restaurant – the food was outstanding! I tried a spring-themed set menu where spring elements were visible in the main dishes and even the staple food. The plating was meticulous and refined. I also had Zigong Salt Gang cuisine, which was spicy, fragrant, and expertly stir-fried with perfect heat. I later learned from the staff that the chefs in the kitchen specialize in Cantonese and local cuisine, which explains the high level of seasoning, cooking technique, and presentation in every dish. Furthermore, I absolutely must mention the hotel's location! It's simply superb. Turn left when you step out, and you're at Huesing International Food City, offering all sorts of dining, drinking, and entertainment options. And directly across from the hotel is Nanhu Park, which is huge – practically the hotel's 'backyard.' It's incredibly convenient for walks or exercise in the morning and evening. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It's definitely the top choice in Zigong.

Ya'an is a new tourist city and the birthplace of the world's first giant panda. In Ya'an, you can not only enjoy the scenery and taste Ya'an tea..., but also hear the sound of a trip across the ocean in the headphones, and tears are rolling in my eyes... I chose Hilton Garden Inn on Ctrip and stayed in this hotel. I felt the best service from the front desk staff. What impressed me most was Miss Yang Lu and the two humorous front desk managers. When I checked in, I checked my needs with me, solved my needs and asked if I had any other needs. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. Give this team a call. The hotel is located in the new city, in the center of the Times Tianjie business district, in a prosperous area with convenient transportation. It is a good choice for tourists. The guest rooms are standard luxury, spacious and bright, the bathroom basin is clean, the faucet hardware has no water stains, and the toilet is equipped with a female guest bag and a disposable toilet cover for women. Very sanitary. When creating the basic lighting of the guest room, an embedded SDCM was made to ensure the uniformity of the lighting color and the high degree of restoration of the true color of the object. The warm yellow optical fiber is like the gentle sunlight in the afternoon, and the sense of happiness is overflowing! Parking is also relatively convenient and free. The guest room responded quickly. When I left the room, I needed something, and the guest room delivered it quickly. However, I was not in the room, and the room aunt was afraid of disturbing me and put it at the door. Thank you, the room aunt, every service is completed silently to avoid guests and guest rooms face to face. It is worth praising and did not affect my rest. I have a very shallow sleep. I am very satisfied with such hotel services. I have a home-like experience. The bedding is also comfortable and soft, clean and odorless. It truly standardizes the basic standards. At the same time, the hotel is also equipped with a swimming pool and a gym, which is a blessing for people who love sports. I didn’t go there because of time problems. I will come next time. Thanks to the receptionist who has been in the front office 24 hours a day, thank the night shift manager Tang and Xiao Wu, and thank every Hilton staff. I think Unparalleled service experience, with a high cost performance, good hotels are worth recommending.

Absolutely love it! Ended up spending extra night there and upgraded to a garden room the next day. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped us do laundry and called taxi for us when we running late for our train. The garden is so pretty and my daughter loves the hammock, and playing in the garden. The breakfast is delicious as well! 5 stars will definitely come again!

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful! The room had a great view and the service was excellent, especially from Xiao Liu at the concierge. He was warm, welcoming, and very polite. The food and beverages were also good, and he patiently explained everything. It's definitely a hotel worth recommending!

The new Chinese decoration is elegant and quiet, the room is comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the gym equipment is complete and can exercise at any time. There are many Chinese dishes for breakfast. There are many choices of porridge, noodles, hot dishes, and snacks. The fresh and hot supply is timely. Coming to Chengdu for the May Day holiday, I researched hotels around Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and finally settled on this one. My main draw was the large rooms, with each bed in the twin room being 1.5 meters wide, and the design style was very novel. The stay experience was excellent; the room was indeed spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The facilities were complete and new, including a large bathtub. The hotel is located on higher floors, with the lobby on the 31st floor and rooms ranging from 23rd to 30th floors. The lobby is beautifully decorated with panda-themed elements. Breakfast is also on the 31st floor; while the variety isn't extensive, the taste is good, and they offer local specialty noodles. The dining environment is comfortable and elegant, and it wasn't crowded. The service was excellent, with prompt responses and friendly staff. All staff members greeted guests proactively, and the doorman kindly helped with luggage, offering warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, directly facing Tianfu Square. Stepping out, you're right in a shopping district with incredibly easy access to dining, surrounded by delicious food. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. Popular attractions are just a taxi ride away, costing around a dozen yuan, which is very convenient. There's a subway station about 100 meters downstairs, making transportation truly exceptional! I found out this is the first Capri by Fraser hotel in Asia. I hadn't stayed at a Capri before, but this visit left a wonderful impression. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

Even though this hotel is quite old, some aspects are still commendable. Issues are resolved very quickly, and they genuinely don't overlook guest requests. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but the cleanliness and service are definitely decent for Chengdu. Chiron, who checked me in, seemed quite elegant and provided great service.
