The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, even offering pick-up and drop-off services. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hot water for showering was excellent. The location was convenient yet quiet. During Chinese New Year, it was extremely busy, and we couldn't get tickets, but the owner went out of her way to help us secure them. The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the Yellow River catfish, free-range chicken, stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots, and various wild vegetables, all of which tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside Bell Tower subway station and across from Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, and the gentleman on the ground floor was very welcoming, even helping us with our luggage all the way to the subway entrance when we checked out. Breakfast offered a great variety, and they even had afternoon tea. Our child got tired from exploring in the morning, so we could relax at the hotel with afternoon tea before heading out again in the evening. We forgot to bring a pencil sharpener for our child, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver one to our room. When we checked out, the front desk ladies were all very friendly and even gave us a thoughtful little gift. Next time we visit Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Novotel again.

I stayed at North Shore Yunjing with my parents, and they were very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. My parents were very satisfied with the mattress. The toilet in the house was very advanced and had a cleaning function, which was great! I saw that some elders also provided us with buckwheat pillows and footbaths. It was really thoughtful! We loved it. The breakfast selection was very rich, especially various fruits, noodles, wontons, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, yogurt, and there were many choices. The waiters were also very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The whistle noodles and cold noodles for supper were so delicious! There were fruit plates given away every day, and we were also given rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful. The service in the Xinghui Teahouse below the hotel was also very good and sincere. They introduced us to the history of various teas and let us taste tea slowly (even though we took the hotel's free tea gift card, they also served sincerely) without the feeling of having to sell you something. I really like it 👍 The golf course in the hotel is very suitable for children to practice, not bad! The hotel is close to the Han River and the wetland park, and the environment is elegant! I recommend going to the wetland park, which is very green, large and free. In short, we are very satisfied!

I stayed in a room with a terrace at Songlin Yinta, and the balcony overlooked the park, which was a fantastic experience. On sunny days, I could sit on the balcony, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cup of tea – it was incredibly relaxing. The room facilities were complete, and the mini-fridge had a good variety of drinks. The hotel's location is excellent; it's super convenient to get to the park and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area. There's even a small side gate for direct access. Upon check-in, I received a welcome guide and performance schedules. Any questions I had were answered promptly. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

This peaceful courtyard retreat, tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle, is perfect for resting your feet after a long day of sightseeing. And at night, you can even enjoy the stunning night view of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It perfectly embodies the ideal travel state of 'stepping out into prosperity, returning to tranquility' 🍃. 📸 **Chang'an Photo Op Walls Hidden Within the Hotel!** No need to jostle with other tourists for a good spot! The Tang-style photo walls right inside the hotel instantly immerse you in the atmosphere of Chang'an. With bamboo-lined corridors, antique window frames, and even a viewing spot directly facing the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, you can capture stunning Chinese garden-style photos during the day and beautiful shots of the ancient pagoda's lights and courtyard shadows at night. Even the bathtub doubles as a viewing platform – imagine soaking in the tub while admiring the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda under the night sky! I posted these photos on my朋友圈 (Moments) and everyone immediately asked for the address!

Even before we arrived, the hotel called us to confirm our needs. Our flight was delayed yesterday, and we got to the hotel late at night, but the receptionist was fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. We were really happy with the room, especially the sofa bed, which is a must-have for families with older kids. There was a minor issue with the room, but the staff resolved it quickly. Waking up in the morning and opening the electric curtains to such a stunning view was amazing. It's also super easy to get around by taxi from here, so the location is great. Highly recommend staying here!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

From the expansive marble walls to the Bowers & Wilkins sound system, Samsung TV, Dyson hairdryer, and Davines toiletries, every detail, big or small, speaks to a commitment to quality. This ensures a comfortable and luxurious feel throughout the room's facilities. The service is absolutely five-star. The turndown service, meticulous organization of cosmetics, tidying of clothes, and the frequent warm greetings from staff are all impeccable. Any requests for items to be brought to the room were met within five minutes. Disposable amenities were generously provided; if something ran out, it was immediately replenished, and often extra was given if used frequently, which truly highlights the staff's professionalism. I stayed in the 'Wondrous Suite,' which was incredibly spacious, approximately 120 square meters. The balcony was so large you could practically jog on it! The bathroom was also huge, and the bedroom included a walk-in closet, while the living room featured a bar. Breakfast offered a wide variety, mainly combining local Xi'an dishes with Western cuisine. There was an ample selection of carbs, protein, and vegetables. I particularly enjoyed the chicken breast; it was perfectly tender and not at all dry. My only minor complaint is that on the second day, due to the large number of diners, we were directed to the adjacent banquet hall, which significantly detracted from the ambiance. I hope the hotel's breakfast seating staff can be more transparent beforehand and offer an option to wait for a table in the main dining area, rather than simply stating the food is the same and ushering guests to the banquet hall. Regarding the downsides: if you're driving, the hotel doesn't allow pre-registration of license plates, so you have to call the hotel to validate parking every time you leave, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the cocktails at the executive lounge could be improved; for example, the glassware often didn't match the cocktail, and the alcohol content was slightly below standard. Overall, this hotel is a place where you can create lasting memories. Its service and design are truly impressive. While there are still minor details that could be improved, the core experience is exceptionally good.

Our first night at the Huimin Street Ji Hotel in Xi'an, we southerners finally experienced the 'dry magic' of the north – our skin was practically begging for the humidity of home! We immediately requested a room change, just for a breath of fresh air. The staff were like they had 'friendliness sensors'; they instantly understood our 'climate anxiety' and even thoughtfully brought us a triple dose of fruit to revive us. After three nights, we've been completely won over by Ji Hotel's attention to detail. Next time I travel, I'll probably automatically book with them again~ 😂 Oh, and a side note: the robot waiter was also working incredibly hard! 😁😁

Facilities: The newly renovated hotel is very clean, maintaining the characteristic features of Yan'an cave dwellings. The rooms are basically fully automated with smart technology. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues. Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis. Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan. Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an. Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip.
