A very satisfactory hotel. The room is very large, with two beds of the same size. The bedding is very comfortable. It is rare to sleep so well in a hotel. There is a desk in the room, and the children are just in time to catch up on their homework. The bathing area is very spacious and the room is very warm, which is very comfortable when it is cold. The washbasin is very large, with all the toiletries available, and there is a footstool for the children, which is really convenient. The only small suggestion is that there is no clothesline in the shower room, which is a bit inconvenient. The minibar is also great, with coffee, green tea and black tea every day. Service: Super good, I asked the front desk to heat up the remaining food, and they agreed immediately. It was delivered to the room in a short while. There are people greeting you when you go in and out, and giving small gifts to the children. There are hair bands, mouthwash, glasses wipes and other small things at the front desk counter, which are available at any time. It is very convenient. Hygiene: The aunt cleans very cleanly. The location is good, located in Jining New District, and it is convenient to take a taxi.

Bad experience. The entrance automatic door closed suddenly and hurt my shoulder. At check in, the staff asked me to do the registration for them -- it's their job, not the customer! Design in the room was stupid -- faucet design is confusing and the hot/cold water is reversed. The ”city view” room with bathtub is stupid -- the view is only an ugly building across the street, and you need to close the curtains if you take a bath, so what's the point? Also the ”art” is so bad and tasteless. The light from the toilet is so bright, I had to unplug it to sleep... So many dumb problems here 😔

Housekeeping was super responsive, cleaned meticulously, and even thoughtfully prepared a bedtime drink and a small snack. Every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly, and if I ever needed anything, they were immediately there to assist. The entire stay was attentive and thoughtful. The hotel's ambiance is luxurious and elegant, the facilities are excellent, and the service truly enhances the whole experience, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's definitely my top choice for a hotel in Hohhot!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the central area. The breakfast is downstairs. Because it is integrated with the outside, it looks messy and the taste is average. In comparison, the price/performance ratio of the room is relatively high. The bedding is very comfortable, new and light. Because it is a newly renovated house, the facilities are new but the smell is loud. Since the weather is relatively hot, it is still acceptable if you can sleep with the window open.

It's perfect for tourists, with everything easily accessible for exploring, dining, and transportation – no detours needed. The staff were incredibly attentive. They proactively offered to help with my luggage during check-in. In the evening, when I casually mentioned wanting warm water, a cup was brought to me almost instantly. It's these thoughtful little touches that truly made my stay special. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft, feeling just like my own comforter at home, allowing me to fall asleep instantly and wake up without any back pain. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside traffic, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom, from the tile grout to the tabletops, was spotless, and the towels and mouthwash cups felt fresh, dry, and completely odorless, which made me feel completely at ease. The value for money is outstanding! The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, freshly made fried noodles and fried rice, and even very fresh fruit. For this price, the level of service and amenities is truly incredible. Ample parking was available, and the full smart home system added a lot of convenience to my stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is good, parking is convenient, the ground and underground are very spacious. The hotel is warm and tidy and is a serious specification. There is a laundry room gym and a rich breakfast. On the edge is many fours stores in the Auto City. Go south to a traffic light to eat and drink fruit shops.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this front desk Qihai impressed me very much. The receptionist was friendly and the service was professional. Not only did they upgrade my room, but they also carefully asked me about my stay experience when I checked out. In addition, the room layout was also quite warm. If I come here on a business trip next time, I will choose this place again.

This guesthouse truly exceeded all my expectations! First, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. In the morning, I just had to pull back the curtains to be greeted by a stunning volcano view, and at night, the smart skylight offered a magnificent starry display – truly living up to its nickname, 'Firefly Planet.' The check-in experience was also fantastic; the room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The guesthouse's own coffee shop was a huge bonus; the coffee was aromatic, and the atmosphere was so relaxing – an afternoon there simply wasn't enough. The food was even more amazing, offering authentic local flavors. The biggest surprise was being able to enjoy a hot spring bath, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! 👍 Its location is fantastic, right near Dazhao Temple, with a direct path to Saishang Old Street, yet tucked away for a quiet stay. You can step out and immediately enjoy Zecheng ice-boiled mutton, and sleep soundly at night. The room had excellent heating, and the bathroom was spacious, equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. The front desk staff was very helpful and considerate, assisting with my luggage upon check-in.

The room itself would have been fine if we didn’t see bugs or mini cockroaches in the room and in the laundry room which then made me itchy all night long. There’s also so much construction going on where you have to take an elevator first up to the 3rd floor then switch to another one to get to your own floor. It was so inconvenient. And the elevator hallways were so dark and creepy looking. There’s only one washer and one dryer and the wait took so long to use the machines. I waited until midnight to be able to do my laundry. So inconvenient. I also really dislike the wet shower and they only provide disposable towels which I also absolutely hate and is so unenvironmentally friendly. The breakfast was limited in options and despite them saying it was available until 10, at 9:45 they were already putting everything away. The staff weren’t that friendly upon check in but at check out they were very friendly.
