The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The smart home system, controlled by Xiao Du, was incredibly thoughtful. The environment was quiet, tidy, and odor-free, and the service was excellent. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

Room: Really clean and tidy, we are a parent-child room, there are windows, the bath water is very hot and comfortable. Surrounding environment: parking is very convenient, the hotel staff patiently guides me as a female driver. Service: Warm, thoughtful, every time I see the guests, I smile and say hello. I also helped to refrigerate insulin, and helped to freeze a few bottles of ice water to facilitate the departure of the store to preserve insulin. Eat and drink: shopping around is very convenient, walk a lot of small shops, and Zhao Yiming, I really want to come. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Wanda for dinner, and it costs only ten yuan to use Didi.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Luoyi old town. The main entrance is on one of the streets in the old town. Front desk was extremely helpful with our luggage and also gave us little gifts when we arrived and left. As we were traveling with elderly, the original room we booked for them was on the second floor and was unsuitable for them to walk up and down. Front desk was proactive in highlighting this to us during check in and offered to change our room instead so it was a lot more convenient for the elderly. Kudos to them! The only 2 drawbacks were the water pressure in our shower was extremely weak and the soundproofing of the rooms was not great. Apart from that, it was a great stay and I would recommend this to everyone who wants convenience to the old town!

The room is relatively simple, but it is close to Henan Theater. I left early and came back late every day for two days, so it was OK to use it for one night. The room was clean and hygienic, and there were many breakfast varieties, which was OK. The service was very good, which was the best feeling. The front desk, luggage storage, and the guys at the door were all warm and gentle. The room aunt Zhang Guixia also sent us a foot bath bucket.

Convenient transportation, just 20 meters from the subway station, easy to find, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and a street full of snacks. The accommodation is nice and clean, with disposable towels and other amenities, including a separate washing machine and refrigerator. The price is reasonable, and check-in at the front desk is super fast. In short, it's great! 👍 Trust me, this is perfect for short or long-term stays.

Homestay owner 小杨 is a very nice and friendly handsome young man. He was very helpful to offer advice on where to visit, the eating places and how to get around. He even helped us to purchase online our entrance tickets to 白马寺 first when we had problem to access the local official website. Thanks again 👍🏼🙏🏼 Being a local homestay, the cleanliness part can be improved further as our room floor was dusty at the corners and also with footprints upon check in. However, 保洁阿姨 (housekeeping aunt) managed to mop our floor the next day after we feedback to owner and no more issue after that. I wld also suggest that the room corners, tabletops and bed head be checked to maintain dust/hair free We stayed 5 days 4 nights at this place. Room had a lovely view of 丽景门 which we felt as if we had travelled back in time. Not as noisy as what we had expected prior to our stay from the reviews left by other guests. Overall, we enjoyed the stay with the warm hospitality from the host and the housekeeping aunt. Aunt was very nice with us and reminded us daily to stay and wear warm enough clothing as the temperature turned cold halfway during our stay in Luoyang. It was a bit of a blind choice — the building is slightly old. The location in the CBD is great for business travelers, but maybe not ideal for leisure. I would have preferred a washer in the room, but that was my oversight for not checking in advance. Otherwise, the location is very convenient.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! They offer complimentary late-night wontons with fresh meat, which are thin-skinned, flavorful, and incredibly comforting. Plus, there's a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is super convenient and a nice touch. The king-sized bed was spacious and soft, making for an excellent night's sleep. My entire experience was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. .
