The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning.

This guesthouse exudes cultural charm, having been thoughtfully converted from an old house. However, the biggest issue is its lack of practicality. As an accommodation, guest convenience and functionality should always be the priority. For instance, the vanity area, while beautifully decorated, has an overhead light that isn't directly above the sink. The mirror is also about a meter away, tucked into a corner, which means you can only get a vague reflection. It's impossible to see details, so forget about checking for blemishes or plucking white hairs. The shower stall is incredibly spacious, yet there's no caddy or shelf for toiletries, forcing you to place them on the floor outside the shower. There's no television in the room. The soundproofing for rooms located on the first floor near the entrance is abysmal – it's almost like having no door at all.

Very satisfied! First of all, the service. Upon arrival, the front desk lady carried our luggage to our room. She gave the children disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and also delivered free laundry to the room. Bathrobes were provided for the hot spring bath, and mineral water was offered on the way out. The service was excellent. Secondly, the environment met all my expectations for a B&B: running water along the path, relaxing seating, a courtyard, and even adorable kittens! Breakfast was a little simple, but delicious! The private hot springs are a big plus. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the kids had a blast. We booked three nights and didn't miss out. Traveling with kids for a long time, they have high expectations and requirements for accommodation. 😄 Ta Ta Mi is perfect for our two kids. I'll definitely stay at your place next time I'm in Bijie! I'm planning to come alone with my husband next time. 😁 I was busy taking care of the kids, so I'm sorry for the lack of photos!

During our 9-day, 8-night trip to Guizhou, we stayed in several hotels and B&Bs, and this one was the best. I rarely review B&Bs, but I highly recommend it. My husband and I, along with our children, booked the Lancun Guanju Suite. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, a balcony with a view, and an outdoor bathtub. The view was stunning, the soundproofing was excellent, and the entire room was equipped with smart technology. The hotel is very close to the No. 1 Wind and Rain Bridge, and is also close by: Pigpen Coffee, Huakai Banxia, the Cowshed Campground, and the Murakami Art Museum. Although there was a bit of climbing involved, the service was excellent, especially our housekeeper, Xiao Qin. He was attentive and thoughtful. He proactively added us on WeChat in advance and helped us with our luggage. When we arrived, it was pouring rain, but Xiao Qin helped carry our 26-inch suitcase and offered us his umbrella, carrying the weight himself. We were very touched. Upon arrival, he provided us with a guidebook. The complimentary afternoon tea and nighttime sweet drink were both excellent, and our daughter loved them. We needed to go out in the rain but forgot our Crocs, so Xiao Qin gave us a new pair of slippers, which was a real relief. I stayed in the Miao Village for two nights. I was disappointed that I didn't get a reservation at Lancun Village on the first day. I'll definitely stay there again next time and have already recommended it to two friends. I won't post photos of the hotel room as shown on the app, but here are some photos of the day and night views from the balcony and the hotel's own observation deck.

Hidden halfway up the mountain in the Miao Village, Jian Shan Yi Fang Jian Su is an absolute gem! Choosing this guesthouse was the best decision we made for our trip to Qianhu Miao Village. It's nestled on a small hillside near the forestry station, and it only takes a 3-minute climb to reach this stunning view. It offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle while still being close to the core area – a private rooftop viewing platform is just a minute's walk away. The stacked stilt houses built into the mountain create a breathtaking scene; when morning mist drifts over the terraced fields, it's like an ethereal ink-wash painting. At night, the valley lights up with thousands of twinkling lights, and you can fall asleep under a canopy of stars right from your bed. The afternoon tea, with its unique Miao touches, was delightful. Enjoying it on the terrace while admiring the scenery made for perfect photo opportunities, capturing the essence of ethnic charm. The service was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The butler planned our itinerary in advance, picked us up at the forestry station, and even arranged for porters to carry our luggage. After climbing the stone paths, a Miao herbal foot bath was already prepared, and a warm, sweet soup before bed chased away all our fatigue. The wooden rooms retain the authentic charm of the Miao Village while featuring modern smart devices, perfectly blending comfort and local character. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant life of the Miao Village and enjoy a light luxury travel experience. Next time I visit Qianhu Miao Village, I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a MUST-STAY accomodation if someone is traveling to Zhaoxing Dong Village or Tang'an Dong Village. The views outside of the hotel room are drop-dead gorgeous, both during the day and night. But the most pleasant aspect of staying here are the exceptionally kind and thoughtful hotel owners. Vivian speaks excellent English, and is very knowledgeable and patient. My room was clean and quiet. Vivian helped me purchase a ticket to a local campfire/theater show at a big discount too. I definitely would recommend staying here.

Highly recommended! First off, the hotel is conveniently located halfway up the mountain, so it's not a strenuous climb to get there. The room balconies are thoughtfully equipped with tea, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing cup while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the entire Miao Village – it's incredibly pleasant. There's also a spacious terrace, which is incredibly photogenic. The service was excellent too; they offer complimentary coffee, afternoon tea, and nuts daily, and we even received welcome fruit upon arrival. Breakfast was both hearty and delicious, and the evenings were wonderfully quiet. My friend and I had initially planned to stay for just one day, but we ended up extending our stay for an additional night because the hotel was so comfortable.

This stay was a complete surprise and a total delight! The front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had a child, she proactively upgraded us to a family suite, which immediately earned our full appreciation. The room was super spacious, and the slide in the dedicated kids' room kept our little one happily occupied non-stop. The cleanliness was top-notch, and mineral water was generously replenished – excellent attention to detail. All the hotel staff were exceptionally polite, and the service was warm and thorough. What was even more surprising was the extensive amenities: an indoor and outdoor kids' playground, plus a petting zoo, which kept our child entertained all day long. It's only 1.2 km from Huangguoshu Scenic Area, making it super convenient whether you're driving or using other transport, saving time and hassle. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options to satisfy everyone in the family. The overall experience was superb, offering incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to friends traveling with kids, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the decor and amenities are brand new. The design is simple yet grand. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Service: The front desk staff, especially the lady, was beautiful and considerate. She really set a great impression for Guizhou girls, haha. Room Size: The twin room was spacious enough. Location: Right next to the high-speed train station and bus terminal, which is super convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi or Didi to the city center. For us, who were transferring to Huangguoshu Waterfall, it was incredibly convenient. Since it's close to the high-speed train station, it can be a bit noisy, so light sleepers might want to reconsider. My friend and I are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us. I forgot to take photos, but overall, it was really great.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the snack street and night market. The front desk service is warm, polite, responsive, and proactively upgraded the room. The room is large, not only with welcome fruits, but also free drinks at the Mini Bar. There are also delicious late-night beef noodles, chicken noodles, beef noodles, etc. to enjoy. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh, with many varieties and long opening hours (7 am to 12 pm). There is even a special oven to supply sweet baked sweet potatoes. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance; special cocktails are located in the executive lounge on the right side of the lobby. A very satisfying stay experience, I felt the hospitality and service spirit of Zunyi during the New Year!

GGuest UserThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful. The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking. I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

XXiaolongbao_AgoniThe guesthouse has a great location. We booked a room with a terrace, and the owner upgraded us to a room with a more expansive view for free. We could see the Miao village's night view from our room, instead of having to go to the viewing platform and get cold. The location is halfway up a mountain. Contacting the owner in advance, they sent us a detailed map and even came down to help us with our luggage. The overall service was excellent. They also introduced us to the basics of the Miao village and suggested easier routes for exploring. I would definitely come back next time.

YYikuaixiaobingganoAdvantages: The homestay is a single-family courtyard, decorated very small and fresh, Very good, mainly pet friendly, we are very convenient to bring the dog, the boss also helped to take the suitcase, parking is free, sleep well at night, the pillow is very comfortable, when I left, I said that I had to have a link. I forgot, and the breakfast rice noodles made by the boss are super delicious! It's a bit spicy, but it's super fragrant! Loved love! Disadvantages: The location seems to be in a scenic area. It is a bit difficult to find a car. After a circle, I finally asked the boss to find the way in. If there is a first reminder how to drive, it would be better. I feel that the boss is a bit Buddhist, and the service awareness is still a bit lacking. 😂. Because it is a small single-family building, the room is relatively compact, the area is relatively small, the stairs are a bit steep, and it is very loud when you hear outside in the morning. Overall it is good 😎

MM265194****This is the most cost-effective accommodation in my trip to Guizhou. The whole is still very new, the surrounding environment is very good, although Tongren is hot, it is still very comfortable to walk here after the sun goes down, there is a big stream behind you to play in the water. Breakfast is fixed, but the amount is very sufficient. The most important thing is that the service is very good and helped us solve the ticketing problem of Fanjing Mountain. Less than one kilometer from the East Gate, it is convenient to eat, but it will not be very lively and noisy. Hotel photos forgot to take 😂

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Yunfu. We arrived a little earlier than check in, so we went to wait by the pagoda in the square. literally two minutes walk. At night the square comes to life but we were able to sleep peacefully. The owners (I presume) were really welcoming and helped us buy tickets for the mountain. they drop and collected us from the bottom of the mountain. nice touch that we appreciated. The room is nicely decorated and has a worth about it. its clean and has AC. The beds are comfy. pillows ok. There is a restaurant just outside the hotel door to the right. we went to the one to the right but across the small road. awesome fish and bamboo. Its a nice town for like 2-3 days. We arranged with the taxi driver who drove us from train station to hotel to pick us up when we went back. very affordable prices. P.S: if you are gonna go during a holiday or summer/winter holidays BOOK YOUR TICKES IN ADVANCE. or call the hotel to help you.And go in the morning. You will understand why when you are half way up. the hotel was were really helpfully a week before we even arrived. We would stay again.

GGuest UserThe convenience of accommodation is also far beyond expectations. The hotel is downstairs to the ancient street market in the scenic area. If you are tired during the day, you can go back to the room to rest at any time. At night, you want to taste local snacks and buy special hand letters. You can get it in a few steps downstairs, and you don't need to detour at all. More worth mentioning is the large terrace on the top floor of the hotel. Here you can take pictures of the ”up room and uncover the tiles”. Standing on the terrace, you can overlook the night view of Miao Village, especially in the evening. The sunset is sprinkled on the tiles. Any shot is a blockbuster with a full atmosphere. You can rent clothes and go back to the hotel to shoot 😁. In the afternoon, there are ethnic performances, very special, it is very convenient to go to the performance, while shopping, the boss is also very good, the first time you come to have unfamiliar can ask the front desk, the service is in place!

AAnonymous UserI've stayed at their place many times, and it's definitely worth the price. Although it's a guesthouse, the environment is good, and it offers more choices compared to many hotels. Many guesthouses have different prices, but the only difference is the decoration style. This is my honest review. I've always chosen their place, and many other customers do too. The hygiene is visible to the naked eye, it's open and transparent, they disinfect, and the blankets are changed frequently.
