The hotel staff has a friendly service attitude. The staff at the front desk, lobby, and catering are warm and polite, and the service is thoughtful. The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to Shuicheng Ancient Town and Fengchi Garden, making it very convenient for leisure walks and exploring special restaurants. The overall hardware of the hotel is of five-star standard. It was my first time staying here, and the hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which was very thoughtful! The weather was very good this morning. I woke up early and watched the sunrise in the room. I was very satisfied! grateful! I will stay here again next time I go to Liupanshui.

This time, I took my family to visit the Huangguoshu Waterfall, which we'd only read about in textbooks. Staying at this Kaiyuan Hotel made the trip an excellent experience. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; check-in was efficient and smooth, and their service was attentive and meticulous. I've always trusted Kaiyuan's brand quality – the room was clean and tidy, well-laid out, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive and complete, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of items, including local specialties. Parking at the hotel was convenient, and its location is superb, very close to the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, making travel and sightseeing incredibly easy. It's an excellent accommodation choice around Huangguoshu with a great overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and offered a beautiful view right from the window. The location is unbeatable—it’s situated immediately at the entrance gate and is just a short walk to the main viewing platform. What really made our trip was the host, Vivian. She is fluent in English, which made communication effortless. She was incredibly helpful in organizing where to eat and providing clear directions for the local performances. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit H of Fountains Station, which is directly accessible by subway from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The front desk staff are professional and attentive, and there are refreshments available in the lobby. Luggage storage is also provided. Breakfast offers a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the service is always delivered with a smile ☺️. They even offer a takeaway service if you're heading out early. The newly renovated rooms are clean and comfortable, well soundproofed, and feature smart controls and USB charging ports for your phone. The bathroom amenities are also excellent. There are washing machines and dryers available next to the restaurant, which was very convenient as we stayed for 6 days. If you don't want to venture far, there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel. For a taste of local cuisine, Minsheng Street is within walking distance.

Lovely spot in Zhenyuan Ancient Town, great balcony view of the ZhuSheng bridge, and close to two attractions shipinshan and qinglong cave. It's in the quieter part of the town and further from the drop off point but it's easy to take the guanguangche. If you have many luggages, I believe the guesthouse can help to arrange pick up of luggages from the entrance. Amenities are great, bed and pillows are comfortable and impeccable view primarily. It's a quiet town where lights go off at midnight, pace of life is slow and it's lovely to stroll around.

Extremely satisfied. You can see the owner's dedication everywhere, with all your leisure needs at your fingertips, offering care without intrusion. The location is right in the center of the Dong Village, so you can step out for meals and enjoy the lively bonfire party. Or, you can quietly sit in the exquisite courtyard, sipping tea and chatting, with a full range of teas and brewing tools provided. The swaying hydrangeas, the fragrant honeysuckle, red maples, succulents, money plants... every green plant you see reflects thoughtful design. I usually don't prefer B&Bs, but stealing two days of leisure here was a wonderful, calming experience. The mattress conformed to ergonomic support, and the toiletries were a complete set with gardenia scent. The room design matched the Dong Village style. In the lobby and rooms, there were also sets of books introducing the culture of Jiangkou County, along with other paperbacks. The laundry room had a washer and dryer, and even several types of laundry detergent to choose from – all in all, thoughtful arrangements without being intrusive. The set breakfast was light and varied, a nice change from the sour soup fish and beef found everywhere in Guizhou for lunch and dinner, helping to regulate the stomach. For a two-day trip to Fanjing Mountain, choosing this place was definitely the right decision.

This was my first time visiting Xijiang Miao Village, and I absolutely loved it! I booked this hotel specifically for this trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The guesthouse is located inside the Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village scenic area. You have to park at the West Gate Eco-parking lot and then walk through the scenic area with your luggage to reach it. A huge thank you to the three young men and one older gentleman who helped me with my luggage. I was traveling alone with a cat and a dog, so I had quite a bit to carry. They accompanied me, helping with my bags and even taking the scenic shuttle bus with me – truly, I'm so grateful!!! Because of its location within the scenic area, I had a fantastic view of Qianhu Miao Village right from my room. Popular photo spots like the Pigsty Cafe and Murashang Bookstore are just a short walk up the road from the hotel, which saved me a lot of walking and made exploring much less tiring. The guesthouse's breakfast and the evening sweet soup were both excellent. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay! Next time I come back to Miao Village without my cat and dog, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Guiyang Hotel is the king of cost-effectiveness! ! ! We are here to travel to Guiyang. The hotel is very close to several popular spots (Qingyun Market, Minsheng Road, White House, etc. are two or three kilometers) and we know that this hotel is booked right. The hotel is newly opened and very clean. The space is also large. The most important thing is that towels and bath towels and slippers are disposable items. This is really friendly to clean people!! The soundproofing is also very good. I slept very well for two nights. The four people stayed in the twin room and it was not crowded. The beautiful sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I also sent super sweet fruits. The service was really good (in short, the experience was very good, Let me a person who doesn't like to write reviews write 300 words!

My stay here exceeded all expectations! Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free because of a small detail in my booking that I got wrong, which was a really thoughtful touch. The room layout felt comfortable and spacious, not cramped at all, and every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and breathable, and I had a wonderfully peaceful and quiet night's sleep. Hot water came on instantly with great pressure, and the toiletries were high quality. The area around the hotel isn't noisy, yet it's convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it's understated and elegant, offers excellent value for money, and was a truly comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is so peaceful and very close to the waterfalls. The VIP walk gives you a really clear view of the falls. The best is honestly the manager Xu, Wei and Wang. They were so nice and attentive to our needs and even had a celebration for the tuanyuan holidays. Great breakfast too, they knew we were foreigners so manager Xu went to get some bread for us for breakfast !!!! It’s by far the best hotel we have been since our trip. They really accommodate us and even pickup us up when we head to town for diner !!!!! I will definitely come back if I’m back in Guiyang. It really made some great memories for our China Trip!
