Visiting Dunhuang during the off-season was such a great idea! This hotel is fantastic. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is strong, and the hairdryer has good power. The slippers provided aren't cheap; they're very non-slip, and the toothbrushes are soft-bristled. The towels are also good quality and don't shed. The hotel offers unlimited complimentary coffee, water, and even some floral teas that you can DIY in the lobby. The breakfast is also quite substantial. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. They also offer an airport pick-up service; on the day I arrived, they picked me up alone. Plus, the hotel gave me a free ticket for a West Line day tour and a windproof magic scarf, which I found incredibly useful because I hadn't realized how windy and dusty it gets there. Wearing a mask felt stuffy, so this scarf was perfect. I think the price was double the off-season rate, but the location is excellent, just a bit ahead of the night market, and the decor is quite new. The only slight downsides are: it seems to have smart voice control, but I didn't know what the smart voice was called. It would be great if they could add a smart voice prompt. Also, the bedding was a bit rough, but the duvet was goose down, very light and soft. The soundproofing is okay; you can still hear people if they're talking very loudly next door or in the hallway. Seriously, visiting Dunhuang in the off-season is truly wonderful! Oh, and there are two super cute cats in the hotel, and the pickled cabbage buns for breakfast were delicious!

After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

We decided to stay in Wuwei at the last minute, so hotel brand wasn't an issue; Hilton was our first choice. We booked a Hilton in Lanzhou on the first day of our trip, and another in Zhangye on the second. We were originally planning to return directly on Friday, but due to heavy snow blocking the roads, we had to decide to stay in Wuwei for one night. After successfully booking, the receptionist, Xiao Xu, called immediately to check on us. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM, and she was very kind to wait for us. Moreover, upon check-in, all three rooms were upgraded, which was great. The frustration of the snow-blocked roads was instantly swept away by the Hilton – fantastic! The room temperature was just right, and the bedding was very comfortable. All three rooms were on the same floor. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and when I mentioned I wanted to take a coffee with me, a staff member proactively made it for me. Very thoughtful. I will definitely choose this Hilton again next time I'm in Wuwei.

Stayed with the baby for one night, the experience was full! The hotel's facilities are very intimate, children's slippers and toiletries are prepared for the children, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the children sleep well all night. The location is also suitable for families, there are parks and shopping malls nearby, and there is no worry about walking the baby. The staff is very gentle to the children, the whole service is very intimate, the price is super high, the first choice for parent-child travel!

The room was spacious and the temperature was just right. The laundry facilities were a huge plus. If you're driving, remember to contact the hotel in advance to register your license plate for convenient parking. The location is excellent, very close to the night market, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.

Amy at the front desk was warm and caring, check-in was fast and efficient, and all questions were answered patiently. The location is convenient and the surrounding travel is very convenient. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the details are in place, the stay is particularly safe and comfortable, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

First off, the hotel itself is truly exceptional. Any hotel that provides amenities like an accelerator (internet booster) and foot bath tubs is unbeatable, especially for those from the south who aren't used to dry weather. Plus, every day when I returned, the bed was impeccably clean. I'm just not sure if daily cleaning is mandatory, as I usually prefer not to be disturbed. The front desk staff were all incredibly polite, courteous, and friendly. Upon check-in, they immediately offered water, and every time I went to the elevator, someone would escort me in – I was genuinely flattered. Sometimes the hot water dispenser at the front desk wasn't easy to use, but they were always enthusiastic about helping and bringing water up to my room. And of course, there are the resident cats! Coming back late at night and seeing Zhaocai and Zhouzhou so relaxed was a treat, though my schedule was too packed to properly play with them. Next, all the aunties in the restaurant were super enthusiastic. They'd welcome you as soon as the elevator doors opened. Since I hadn't booked breakfast, I asked if they could warm up some food for me. Ms. Ding at the restaurant's front desk was very kind, not only heating my food but also giving me some millet porridge, which greatly enhanced my impression. The staff, from the servers to the front desk, made me feel incredibly welcome these past two days. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. Finally, I must specially mention the hotel's chartered Western Route tour with driver Mr. Pei (car number 23670) – a huge thumbs up! I was already tired from visiting the Mogao Grottoes the day before, and traveling alone, I didn't have high expectations for the Western Route tour. However, Mr. Pei was incredibly enthusiastic and meticulously took care of every passenger. He drove steadily and comfortably throughout the journey, explaining the key points of each scenic spot in advance and offering additional insights into Dunhuang's culture and geography along the way, helping us understand Dunhuang better. The 400-kilometer round trip was never boring. That day, I also got to see the desert sunset and the Gobi starscape – as a southerner, I believe these are must-sees in a lifetime; it would be a wasted trip not to experience them. Of course, the Mogao Grottoes are also essential, and I'll save Mingsha Mountain for my next visit. A journey always needs some lingering regrets to prompt a future return! This trip was unforgettable for me, a southerner visiting the desert Gobi for the first time. My fondness for Dunhuang has more than doubled!

Overall, I'm satisfied. The price isn't expensive, so it offers decent value for money. Facilities: The room itself is quite good, on par with your typical Mercure or Ji Hotel in a city. However, there's a disconnect with the public facilities like the laundry room, elevators, and restaurant, which are a bit subpar, more like a guesthouse. Environment: It's right next to the night market, so the location is excellent. There's also a shuttle bus across the street that goes to the Mogao Grottoes. Hygiene: There were some blind spots for cleanliness. On the day I checked in, there was still a positioning sticker from the previous guest's bathtub liner stuck to the tub. It's not a major issue, but it does show the level of hygiene. For around 200 yuan, it's a very good price. If it were peak season, they'd need to improve a bit more. I regret not taking photos of the interior, but the hotel's pictures are accurate and trustworthy; the actual room is exactly as shown.

We were the only guest at the hotel that night. The boss was very nice, greeting and helping us to coordinate with our next hotel. The hotel is easily walkable to the West Gate of Qicai Danxia with several restaurants and some local convenient shop nearby. The room is very clean and spacious, the water is hot and strong.

I took so many great photos during my stay at this hotel; it's really photogenic! The hotel has so much character, and the ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend it! **Service:** The service was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond. Knowing we were on a road trip, they specially recommended local delicacies, sightseeing routes, and even some hidden photo spots in Jiayuguan. They also suggested a few hidden gem snack shops popular with locals – so thoughtful! Any requests we had during our stay were promptly met by the staff, who were always polite and never perfunctory. It really made us feel well taken care of. **Environment:** The room had fantastic natural light, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The front desk mentioned the mattress was imported. At night, we could even watch the stars and moon from the room and took some pictures. The location is also excellent, super close to the food street, making it convenient for exploring and dining. It's also a short drive to the Jiayuguan scenic area.
