the service was good, but there were stain on the bed sheet and hair on the floor even after house keeping, hope they can improve the cleaning a bit.
and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything else is ok.
Absolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!
I recently stayed at the Travelodge while my sister was in the Prince George hospital. The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity. The breakfast is basic yet plentiful, providing us a quiet moment before heading to the hospital. The hotel has been newly renovated and is exceptionally clean. After my sister's passing, the staff were incredibly supportive in numerous ways. They also kindly waived the late checkout fee, allowing us to rest in our room before our evening flight. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff for their support and kindness during this difficult time.
Most hot springs in BC are quite remote, often located in deep wilderness indigenous territories, requiring a 4x4 to reach and offering very basic facilities without hotel amenities. Harrison Hot Springs, on the other hand, is a convenient and well-established natural hot spring near Vancouver. The water quality is excellent, rich in minerals like soda and magnesium, and it's incredibly relaxing and therapeutic after a soak. You can choose a standard room with a lake view, which is close to the springs, or a newer mountain view room in the East Wing, which is a bit further. Avoid the old building; while it's closest to the springs, and the small rooms are fine, the mattresses are saggy and gave me back pain – they really should have been replaced ages ago! Also, the carpet in the standard rooms is quite old and worn.

The hotel is general, but the price is very good. The carpet in the room is very dirty and scared. The business hotel is not high-grade but clean and convenient. The most important thing is to find another house next time.
I really like the warm hospitality of the hostess. She used to live in Hong Kong and she loves the food from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. If you have friends staying here from these places, you can bring some cookies and snacks.

Amazing
JJanineLBWe visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

DDouble O mamaWe wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!
BBorish Do.I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest.
Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for my stay and made a big difference. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained, but the excellent reception service truly stood out.
Thank you to the reception team for such great hospitality — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. 😊
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport and highway, it was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The parking lot closes around 10 PM and requires assistance from the front desk to open, which provides an added layer of security. 👍🏻 Highly recommended!
ZZhierxingzhiThe hotel has a history of more than 100 years! The location is very good, right outside the sea. If you like morning jogging, you can run along the Stanley Park Seaside Running Track, which is exactly 10 kilometers. There are many restaurants nearby, from all over the world! The room layout is also very good, with a separate room, which is very suitable for a family of 4-5 people.
GGuest UserThe cleanness of the room was excellent. The room had a musty smell had to go out and purchase an air freshener to help absorb the smell. I asked if they had bbq was told yes. So we went out bought a steak only to find out it is a charcoal bbq and you had to supply your own. So it was a big disappointment and put a damper on our stay. The hotel is not close to city so heading out again was not an option.
If you want cleanliness it was 100%
ZZuojiaxindiThe airport is conveniently accessible, and the surrounding living facilities are complete, especially the Chinese supermarket. The breakfast is a bit simple but nutritious. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby, and the room is equipped with a kitchen. Good reviews!
JJess CollinsOverall good. Very basic motel, but it is clean and comfortable. No real extras or amenities- there was coffee in the lobby when we checked out early in the morning. The heating unit could use an update- it was either on or off, too hot or too cold - difficult to get to an nice comfortable temp, but it worked.
GGuest UserThe place was warm, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The availability of a parking spot was a great convenience, and after a long day, we had a restful and peaceful sleep. Highly recommended!
