The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly.
The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.
The only thing I have to complain was that tomorrow I was playing evangelical music at breakfast, and the TV was off. O que foi inaceitável e causou um grande constrangimento foi a TRIP.COM não enviar os dados corretos da minha reserva e o pagamento antecipado exigido no Site de reservas da TRIP.COM ao Hotel, durante o atendimento a atendente me cobrou o valor referente a estadia e mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes a mim enviados pelo site, não encontrou minha reserva feita pela TRIP.COM e sim uma reserva no BOOK.COM e que a mesma não estava paga, esclarecendo que o pagamento era feito no ato, ao final do check-in.
As atendentes, diante do exposto e vendo minha insatisfação, se prontificarão a solucionar o problema, nos tranquilizando e com muita urbanidade nos permitiram o acesso ao quarto que constava na minha reserva normalmente.
O quarto não foi arrumado de um dia para outro. Além disso, achei um pouco barulhento, pois havia uma folga no vidro, o que fazia que o som da rua fosse relativamente alto dentro do quarto. No mais é um hotel razoavelmente bom.
