I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

The environment is great. From the outside, it looks like the countryside, but once you arrive at the hotel, it's a pleasant surprise. The soundproofing is just okay; you can hear chickens, ducks, and turkeys. I thought about it for a while, but I still gave the service 5 stars because the chef in the kitchen was just too good. The half-star I almost deducted was for the shuttle service to Pamukkale, which drops you off but doesn't pick you up – that was a real bummer. Finally, I have to especially praise the hotel's breakfast; it was incredibly rich and plentiful.

Facilities: Shower hardware accessories are not very good Hygienic: Generally, there are other people's long hair in the bath towel Service: very warm Environment: There is no air conditioning in the corridor, no fan, very hot I had to complain about the furniture, bed, bedside table and table here, all the furniture I saw was very pointed corners, especially the bed, the bed frame was larger than the mattress, especially pointed, injured my left leg at night, injured my pants and right leg in the morning. . . . . . I highly recommend this hotel for below reasons 1. The hotel owner is very friendly and took me to the ATM and the entrance of Pamukkale himself 2. He gave me useful tips to avoid being overcharged when dropping me off at the attraction. 3. The breakfast is rich and can be refilled anytime, so as dinner. 4. Free Turkish tea is always available, the owner also gave me fig and walnuts. 5. I would have stayed longer if I had more time.Thank you so much

На одну ночь в Памуккале отличный вариант. Радушный хозяин. Если хотите, чтобы вас встретили, напишите о времени прибытия заранее или хотя бы за 15 минут, так как в гостевом доме нет ресепшена. Если никого нет на месте по прибытии, напишите хозяину и он приедет через 5 минут. Хотелось бы добавить в номер посуды, так как была кухонная зона, но посуды не было. Мы попросили и нам принесли

The hotel is located in the city center and parking is convenient. The service staff is very responsible and the hygiene management is in line with expectations. The breakfast is rich and good value for money.

The bus station is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were very kind and even gave me information written in Japanese, which was a great help. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. While the area around the hotel seemed a bit chaotic when I arrived, and I felt a little uneasy, the inside is clean and the room was relatively quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very quiet, the room has a small balcony to see the football field, can also dry clothes. Sleeping at night was particularly fragrant. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was one per person and we could eat. There is a parking lot next to it, which is very convenient. It is very close to the south gate of Pamukkale and can be reached on foot. I can see the hot air balloon in the morning 🎈, it's so beautiful
