We chose this hotel again for our return trip, this time opting for a twin room. The previous king-size bed had a very soft mattress; it would wobble with the slightest movement from the person next to us. Light sleepers should be cautious when choosing a king-size bed. The single bed was a rare find here, measuring 1.2 meters, and quite comfortable. The only drawback was that there was only one power outlet between the two beds (unlike the king-size room which had one on each side of the bed), but there were four USB ports for charging, which was a bit slow but still usable. There were quite a few Chinese guests, and the restaurant provided disposable chopsticks 😂, as well as a variety of teas to choose from (not tea bags). The fried eggs, though slow, were presented with a very elegant presentation 😄.

The experience was initially negative, but later became more positive. This hotel lacked air conditioning. Since it was very hot in Irkutsk during our stay, we were devastated to find our room without it. Opening the windows for ventilation didn't help much, and the lack of screens meant insects would swarm into the room. Sleeping at night with the ceiling covered in bugs was incredibly frustrating. The ceiling in our room was rather low, even lower than many hotels in China, but the design was still reasonable, and we didn't encounter many inconveniences. Advantages: 1. Convenient transportation: It's easy to walk to attractions in the city center, and there are bus stops and parking spaces right outside. 2. Supermarket nearby, convenient for shopping. 3. Good front desk service. This is a relatively large hotel with many rooms and guests. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and offered free luggage storage. 4. The breakfast selection was fairly extensive, but it can get crowded. 5. Although the facilities are old, the hotel was clean and hygienic overall. 6. Although there was no free bottled water in the room, there were water dispensers on each floor with very cold drinking water. Irkutsk is a very beautiful city, and I would like to visit again next time.

The stay was excellent! The hotel facilities are very modern, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered. The toiletries were high-quality, the bathroom was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water, making it very comfortable. Останавливались дважды (06.10.2025 и 17.10.2025) . Прекрасное расположение-близко к Аэропорту и нет шума от дороги. Замечательный , отзывчивый персонал- начиная с ресепшн, заканчивая доставкой в номер из ресторана. Завтраки замечательные, в уютном ресторане. Еда в ресторане Охотников -отдельная история! Огромные порции, вкусная еда..и , для особенно привередливых, маленьких гостей приготовят и кашу и пюре с салатиком🙏Очень признательна персоналу! Любая просьба по звонку на ресепшн выполняется мгновенно, без долгих ожиданий - и со стороны горничной и с ресторана. Спасибо за Ваш труд! Больше не буду искать другие варианты, останавливаться будем только в Звезде🫶🏻
