Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.

All in general very well, just be careful with those of the valet parking hit my car and they didn't tell me, I just realize.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.

It's in a good location for sightseeing. It's only a few minutes walk to the square. The front desk staff are very friendly. The room is tasteful and the shower is small but not a problem. The floor gets wet, which is common in overseas hotels, so it's acceptable. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Taxco again.

Excellent location on a street of the beach. It was always very clean. Heat water and air conditioning never missed. It was a good experience with the indispensable for our trip.

The bay view is already beautiful and very good value. 🔔Service: 24-hour room service, call the golf cart in the park anytime, anywhere. The Thai restaurant is worth trying. The fish soup really has the taste of grandma. The restaurant can watch the sunset and unforgettable scenery. The best hotel in Acapulco without a doubt, deserves 5 stars.

The buffet is excellent is the only thing I can recommend fully, because the food in the restaurant is bad and more, they let you wait 2 hours to serve you, I don't know if it's for the season or always have this kind of problem but The hotel stayed 2 days without light that to a swimming that the room that I had did not serve the gate that gives to the terrace which in the night sounded very ugly with the air strike and did not let sleep, When you ask for a change of room to one who was better to deny it, but other renters if they get it, they should improve that because one as a tourist wants to avoid going bad rats.
