The location is convenient, close to Aktau's landmarks, and the breakfast offers a good variety. However, the housekeeping service needs improvement. I booked a room for three days, and on the first day, it wasn't cleaned proactively. On the second day, even though it was cleaned, essential toiletries like towels and bath towels were missing. After contacting customer service and speaking with the front desk, I finally received the full set of toiletries.

This hotel was very clean and had a fresh feel to it. The facilities were also state-of-the-art; I felt secure with the card key entry and automatic locking. It would have been better if the amenities were complimentary. Also, there were no tissues, so I had to use toilet paper instead. Overall, though, I'm satisfied.

Breakfast was adequate and rooms were clean despite a less than stellar sea view. I had a situation where someone had unlocked my door with their key card at 5 in the morning and attempted to enter but was not able to do so because my door was latched. I was unimpressed when the service staff’s explanation was that there was a reset in the security system at that time and the person who attempted to open my door was probably a drunk guest. I had expected far superior service from a family-run guesthouse instead of just a flippant explanation.

The hotel is good, cozy, beautiful, and clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's pleasant music in the evenings. The staff is polite and always ready to help; we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and it was resolved quickly. At the restaurant and front desk, they always ask for feedback about your stay and wish you a pleasant day. There's a pool, but the weather didn't allow us to use it. The sea, promenade, and shops are all near the hotel. I recommend this hotel for booking.

Location: good. Close to a supermarket; the city is walkable from the hotel. Friendly welcome. Double room wasn't huge but was big enough for one person. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bedding. Kettle and cups provided. Fridge available. Hairdryer. Good Wi-Fi. Efficient, quiet air conditioning. Hot water with good pressure. A downside regarding soap and shampoo supplies: mini-tubes that weren't replenished daily.

I stayed after finishing the camp tour of Mangistou. I am lucky to be able to worship the sunset that sinks in the Caspian Sea from the room overlooking the sea! !! The best view was waiting for the long trip tired. The bed was fluffy and comfortable, and I rested well. It's a good price in Actau, but it's nice to be able to use it and I recommend it.

No claims! It was all high. Food, water, everything is fine. There is a swimming pool where children are not allowed. With children too a lot of entertainment. Aquapark and a park of attractions on the territory. We have all visits included in the cost of accommodation. We are very happy.

The location is relatively remote, and Aktao is indeed not a good travel destination. If you transfer, it is not recommended to stay overnight.

The hotel's main advantage is its location. It's practically the only hotel in Aktau with a direct view of the sea and direct access to the cliff path. The inflated price is due precisely to the location. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable. Water is always available. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; one day they even served sturgeon for breakfast. Upon arrival, we discovered a clogged drain. The problem was fixed within 24 hours. The hotel's main problem is the internet. There's internet in the hallway, but not in the room. I contacted reception twice to ask for it to be fixed, and they promised to fix it, but it never happened during the six days I spent there. Internet is a basic service that a five-star hotel should have, and I downgraded my rating specifically because of the internet. Everything else is fine (if the price doesn't bother you).

Hotel location is a bit far away, the room is not big. The towel is very hard, it is recommended to bring your own disposable towels.
