The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Just one word, the place is great, supported by high technology, but to get there, you have to struggle. Overall the place is worth the trip there. Thank you

mostly satisfactory,the only thing is that the internet connection is slow and often suddenly disconcted,the hot water for the bath is not hot enough ... is only a little warm. For the restaurant, the vegetable and side dishes taste is a bit inconsistent with my tongue (not tasty), although I appreciate the choice of food for breakfast is very diverse. Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

ブローラにいくときはいつもこのホテルを使っています。清潔感もあり、サービスも良いです。レストランの食事は残念ながら今一つですが、その他は問題ありません。

The hotel's ambiance and comfort are very satisfying. It's located right in the center of Boyolali square, making it super easy to find food in the evenings around the hotel. My only complaint is that it's not very soundproof. Vehicle noise from outside can be heard inside the room, which disturbs guests' sleep. Hopefully, the hotel can address this noise issue in the future. The mountain views around the hotel are amazing. What needs improvement is the taste and variety of the breakfast menu.

The service is excellent, everyone from security, doormen, checkin staff, room service, breakfast team to chamber maid. We didn’t book with breakfast but we ended up eating there for three mornings!! Quite a lovely spread to enjoy. Great coffee as well! And the coffee shop offers fresh juices outside of the breakfast hours. We ordered room service too and the food was delicious. The only drawback I can write is that the plumbing really needs improvement. The odour is bad. The last day was the worst the smell went into the bedroom as well.

Остановился только из-за расположения отеля к точке фотографий Боробудур и долины. Ценообразование неадекватное. Если в пиковый день оплатил люкс с возможностью бесплатной отмены или изменения даты заезда, то Даже если изменяешь дату, в которой нет загрузки и цена в три раза ниже, то готовьтесь еще доплатить треть стоимости обычной цены… завтрака в форме шведского стола тоже не ждите… такой финансовый подход очень разочаровывает. Еда в ресторане вполне съедобная, приятный бассейн, приветливый персонал. Если вы хотите попасть на утреннее фото Боробудура, то смело можете выбирать более бюджетный вариант, даже если он немного дальше.
