St. Lawrence’s Church
#foodie #campingglamping #tripblazers #yearofrabbit #newyearadventure #mytripvlog.
St. Lawrence Church–Igreja de São Lourenço in the original Portuguese–is a church located in the neighbourhood with the same name. The building shines in the area not only because of its bright yellow exterior walls, but also its architecture. From a colonial period, it’s built in a European style. It gathers hundreds of Catholics there for masses.
The church’s first version was built in 1560, and later replaced by more modern walls in 1618. Reconstruction using stone was finally done at the beginning of the 19th century and it’s remained quite unchanged since then, excluding minor alterations and refurbishments. It has masses available in various languages (including English), thus catering to the different communities that co-exist in Macau. For more information on mass schedules, check here.

If you went to Melaka, this is the compulsory place to visit!
As one of the oldest church in Southeast Asia, the building was so historic especially with the inscription on each tombstone. Do not fret, there was translation provided to each inscription.
Entrance is free for all ✨

Visit St. Pauls Church
High on a hill overlooking Melaka, St Paul’s Church was originally built in 1521 and is supposed to be the oldest church in Malaysia and indeed the whole of SouthEast Asia. Now partially ruined after being used as a military store by the British in the 19th century, the sacred site offers fantastic 360 degree views overlooking Melaka (the stray cats also seem to love it there!)
One of the most visited attractions in Melaka, we preferred to visit later in the evening, to both coincide with the sunset and the departure of all the cruise-ship tours. This is a very good trip and experience for me.

Cycling for Malacca, taste authentic Nyonya style
Malacca is known as the real Nanyang town, is the oldest city in Malaysia, said that not to have been to Malacca not to Malaysia. but! Such a foreign place: public transportation is still not very good. The bus stop sign is not very understandable, and there is no special travel bus... so riding has become the best way to open!
ride route

St. Paul's Church ruins
built in 1521 on the top of St. Paul's It is a Catholic church built by the Portuguese general. The historic stone monument and the hand-free Portuguese missionary St. Francis statue standing in front of the church are the biggest attraction. The So Paulo hills overlook the Straits of Malacca, and the scenery is beautiful at sunset.
San Diego City Gate
This is one of the four major gateways to Fort Famburgh. The 15th century Portuguese built the Castle of Santiago. The British used the first cannon to destroy this unyielding stone. In the city, only this door survived. The locals called it "the city gate without walls" and was regarded as the spiritual symbol of Malacca.
The murals of Malacca/Hh/Malacca are mainly concentrated near Jonker Street. The style of murals ranges from colorful cartoons to artistic paintings full of design. From the customs and culture that are full of local characteristics to the Chinese style of Nanyang.
The multi-religious fusion of the Nyonya style
Malacca is also a place of multi-religious integration. Although the most important thing here is the Nyonya culture, it does not hinder it at all. In this cycling route, you can see Chinese temples, Hindu temples, Catholic churches and mosques.
Hang Malacca's hidden food
light is a boring view of the scenery, but also stop at the right time to enjoy the delicious taste of Malacca.
"Xinweixiang" is located in Kota Laksamana and is very famous in Malacca. Mainly Hainan-style sand sauce, there are many small yellow pears in the sauce. Satay sauce is a mixture of natural yellow pear sweetness, very unique! Pork and chicken satay is the signature of its family. The viscera of the pig is unique to its home. It is very delicious~
"Gucheng Chicken Rice" is a very famous restaurant in Malacca. The style of the restaurant is very nostalgic and quite a feature of Malacca. Located on Jonker Street in Jonker Street, it is also a good landmark on the cycling route. It is famous for its Hainanese chicken rice. The chicken rice is a small rice ball, very fragrant~

Traveling in Southeast Asia, most like to dig into the small photos, here is already a red card resort in the ins. Take a trip to the small town with a baby, and climb up the road to experience the comfort and bird's eye view of the breeze! Look at the Straits of Malacca and feel the charm of history. St. Paul's Church is located in the mouth of the Malacca River, also known as Xishan, which was built by the Portuguese in 1521. Address: Gereja St Paul Jalan Kota

This "church" is very different from the churches that have been visited in the past. There is no high roof and no gorgeous built-in. Even today, it is not a complete "church". The St. Paul's Church in Malacca was built by the Portuguese in 1521. After being occupied by the Dutch in 1670, it was used as a castle to defend the war. Later it became the cemetery of the Dutch nobles. Some Latin tombstones have been preserved here. The fate of this church has never been a church, and the change in it is really sighing. The church that I saw today is a broken wall, and even the roof that has been covered with rain has ceased to exist. In addition to the scattered inscriptions in the interior of the church, it is empty, but it is not to be sighed. Such relics can be preserved in this way. Extremely precious. The Penang Hill where the St. Paul's Church is located can overlook the Malacca, and the houses, greenery and clear blue seas in the distance. It is not so much fun here, but its a stop where you can go with the people you like, just look at the views and feel at peace.

The Heritage of Malacca City
Malacca City, also known as Melaka, is a coastal area of southwestern Malaysia with a rich and unique history. There are so many diverse influences that make Malacca an interesting and one-of-a-kind place to visit.
The architecture, monuments, and people reflect the influences of its former position as a trading hub. Absorb the history of this UNESCO site in the mornings, street art in the afternoon, and the lively street market by night.#mytripvlog #foodie #tripblazers #awesomepic #summervacation

Malacca’s World Heritage area and has a beautiful church on top of the hill. We made our way up there in the dark, eager to see the church in the first rays of daylight. The Sun illuminated the dilapidated old building, carrying through such a charm that would be hard to see in the heat and harshness of the afternoon sun. #travelstories

Around the hillside of the Red House, you can see the St. Paul's Church on the top of St. Paul's Church, a Catholic church built by a Portuguese general in 1521. The only thing I watched was the statue of St. Francis of Portugal without a hand. However, after boarding Mount So Paulo, you can look out over the Straits of Malacca, standing on the top of the hill and blowing the sea breeze. It is also a very pleasant thing. There are time friends, you can wait for the sunset, the scenery is quite charming.
The majestic red house is just like a lively state. The various cartoon tricycles decorated with Pikachu and Hellokitty form a strong contrast with the seemingly quiet church, which plays in every tricycle. Super high volume of the old-fashioned disco dance music. The tricycle driver is swearing in the Chinese language to attract tourists. The small pots were attracted by the cute cartoon cars, and the adults were interested in the exciting old disco music, so they rented four tricycles and circled the entire red house.
