It was a retro space and it was very comfortable! Nice interior as well, with fantastic art for sale and lots of lights and plants, although it is not overly bright. Excellent drink and eat.

So Deul Nyuk 소들녘
The best galbi-tang restaurant I know. Galbi is the Korean word for ribs. Galbi-tang is a Korean soup made of beef ribs. This restaurant boils the ribs for many hours making the meat peel off the bones easily and melt in your mouth. The meat is chewy and soft at the same time as if you're eating a well cooked steak. Also, as a pleasant surprise there is glass noodles inside the soup!:)
From my experience of many galbi tang restaurants in Korea, this place wins the overall score of cost, taste, and quantity. For its price of 12,000 KRW, there are so much beef inside the soup, and the service of the staffs are excellent by being very quick and caring. They do sell other menus such as beef bbq, steamed beef ribs, and bibimbab, but galbi-tang is the menu you have to try the most!
Comes with side dishes kimchi, seasoned lettuce, radish kimchi, mushroom, and rice.
*Not spicy at all, but be careful because the soup is boiling hot at first. We recommend to cut off and remove the meat from bones with the scissors they provide. Move the bones to a separate dish that you don't use. You can also cool the meat a bit on a separate dish or on top of your rice bowl before you eat it.

Newport Beach Coffee, newly opened in Gyeongdae East Gate. Table seats are comfortable and it's not too far away. It was an emotional cafe that I would go to often.
For me, the place is like a place I've already been to Places I haven't been to yet are divided into two categories:
Two cities in California: Los Angeles and San Diego. The beach in between is called Newport Beach. Somehow it felt a little more familiar.
I couldn't feel the beach scenery I felt in Newport Beach, but somehow, it was the name of a place where my memories were stored, so I was a little more affectionate.

Kouki is located between Seokchon Station and Songpa Station.
Kouki is located on the first floor of the villa building, and the large window from the outside catches the eye.
The interior was decorated with wood, concrete, and black tables, and paintings and lighting were impressive throughout.

- Went on a little sister coffee date at this beautiful coffee shop! We stumbled upon it on accident and it was just such a pleasant surprise
- I got a cream mocha latte which had a decadent creamy foam on top of deep iced espresso! The latte had a very different “umami” like flavor which paired nicely with the creamy top; I added a little extra sugar to perfect it to my taste
-Ellen got an iced mint macha with oat milk and the flavors worked amazingly together! This drink had all the right elements and is definitely a must try!!

- Today my lovely friend and I went to this beautiful matcha and donut shop located in The Village (an outdoor mall)
- The service was so friendly and they have so many delicious pastry options and drinks!
- Mar and I both got a strawberry matcha with oat milk, mine is sweetened with honey and hers is sweetened with agave. It is super tasty! It tastes more like a strawberry smoothie which is very unique. Its more on the thick side because of the strawberry puree
- I also got a blueberry donut and Mar got a strawberry donut! Both super tasty, soft, sweet, and decorated beautifully

- New DTLA coffee shop for your pleasure! This is Etiquette Coffee a shop with a bunch of other businesses in the exact same building!
- The outside seating is very aesthetic and the service was extremely friendly
- I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk and it was decent! More on the oatty milky side but also a good amount of sweetness
- Edson got a cold brew with their house syrup and a splash of half and half which was very good! It was acidic and a little sweet just how he likes it

- I’ve been wanting to try out this cute little coffee shop forever and it was absolutely worth it!
- First of all the service was immaculate, super friendly, super kind and helpful :-)
- I got an iced strawberry matcha with oat milk and I knew the first green flag was the COLOR of the matcha! So beautiful and dark green just the way I like it :-) it is definitely more on the sweet side so if you got a sweet tooth one is it! It also has small bits of strawberries to chew on which is an extra nice little touch

Rec coffee Suidobashi
This was one of my favourite coffee finds in Fukuoka. When I saw that there was a Tokyo branch, I had to go check it out! It’s one of few places that actually offers a large coffee (most places in Japan had one size coffee).
I had the matcha gateau chocolate that is being talked about 😋 It's moist, and I think it goes perfectly with drip coffee with the aroma of matcha. Gotta love REC coffee. I'm happy to be able to feel Fukuoka in Tokyo.
The had solid coffee with single origin choices, and the honey butter toast I ordered was so delicious! Definitely worth a visit you are in the neighbourhood.

If you’re looking for Australian coffee/ brunch in Tokyo I highly recommend this place! From the at atmosphere, food and coffee it really felt like I was back in Australia for a bit.
I went in the morning to work here and there was already quite a lot of people. There’s a 2 hour limit for staying so probably not the best place to work all day, but there was good wifi available! The food was more reasonably price than I expected, I got my favourite smoked salmon eggs benedict and a latte ☕️

Hidden House? More like hiddengem! Tucked on the trail behind the train tracks in San Juan Capistrano, Hidden House provides a wholesome hometown feel with a storefront that resembles a cottage home decorated with chalkboards, veteran photos, & more!
We decided to spice up our lattes with some unique, new flavors: Blueberry Lavender & Maple Bourbon! Both were light & delicious, warming our souls with every sip. It was the perfect cup to grab before walking around the historic area & surrounding walking trails!

What a cool lowkey but super spacious coffee shop in downtown Santa Ana. I ordered the Maple Latte with Oat Milk to-go and a slice of banana bread. Both items were delicious and I can't wait to return.
The cashier was really friendly and there was just a nice vibe about the place. There's a massive patio outside so I can't wait to come back. This place is worth a visit! I stopped by early Thursday morning and it was super calm and quiet with good music. Perfect place for personal time or to meet with a colleague or friend.

The Daily Fix Cafe located in Jonker Street, Melaka (address: 55, Jalan Hang Jebat, 75200 Melaka) has been popular for years and we finally managed to try it!

My recent visit to JB for cafe hopping led me to The Replacement - Lodge and Kitchen, situated just a stone's throw away from the border. Boy oh boy, it was a delightful discovery. Within a convenient 10-15 minute walking distance, this small cafe beckoned with a promise of flavorful delights that did not disappoint.
The menu offered an inviting selection, and we opted for the pesto pasta, a special seafood pasta, and a sandwich. Each dish was a burst of flavors, leaving our taste buds dancing with delight. Stumbled upon this place and enjoyed an nice treat during happy hour between 3-7pm. Great deal for two drinks and a snack. We got a lychee or grapefruit cocktail, Moscow mule, and tortilla chips to share. This place has a cozy atmosphere and a great location.
It is easy for one person to enter and is good for killing time.
A place where often go for breakfast on the week-end, they make a great maple syrup thick pancake and the chiffon cake was delicious.
It's in front of Daikanyama station, so it's very easy to access. The interior is made of wood and furniture, and it seems to be near the sea. Around the evening, a candlelight is placed on the table, which is wonderful.
