The most popular place to visit in Myanmar

#fallingseason The shwedagon pagoda is one of the most sacred Buddhist pagodas in Myanmar and it was amazing to walk around it. That's one of the main things to do here. It's gold plated, 99 meters high and is believed to contain relics of the 4 previous Buddhas. Different ceremonies take place around the base of the Shwedagon Golden stupa. You have to remember to remove your shoes at the bottom of it. There's a huge number of little stores selling various offerings, religious objects and souvenirs. Location: Yangon, Myanmar.
