Keefee Coffee & Bakery
We have been here many times and can't wait to recommend #SemetonBCS, one of the favorite choices for work if you are looking for working space in the Mahendradatta/West Denpasar area!
This shop is very strategic right on the side of the road, next to Balimed Hospital. The parking lot is also spacious. Don't worry, you won't hear any traffic noise from inside the shop.

Bali Coffee Club Canggu
This coffee shop is a hidden gem located in a quiet area of Canggu. Even though the surrounding area is always busy, this shop provides a quiet and suitable place to work. The service at this shop is very warm, and because this shop is also attached to an inn, the atmosphere is not noisy.
Even though it is not equipped with air conditioning, the air around this shop is quite cool because it is surrounded by green plants. The chairs and tables provided are also very comfortable for working.

We found it when we wanted coffee not far from home. Yes, maybe you didn't notice even though this small shop is on the side of Jalan Merta Sari, Kerobokan.
@thebluejay.cafe is a small business from their families from different countries, so these differences influence some of their menu offerings; from typical Moroccan, Parisian, Anglo-Saxon, to New York food.

The Farmer Brews
Thefarmerbrews is located on the famous strategic side of Jalan Drupadi in the Seminyak area. We recommend driving a motorbike or online motorcycle taxi because parking the car is quite difficult.
From the moment you enter, you will smell the coffee beans with the place being designed simply but homely. From the walls, many photos and paintings depict coffee plantations, certificates and their achievements in the world of coffee. As @farmerbrewsroastery, they have their own garden in Belantih, Kintamani which produces several single origins and espresso blends with various tasting notes, methods & roasting levels (sold in the shop too).

My 1st Christmas in the capital 😍🥰
🕍 Attraction: St. Joseph's Cathedral
My first time visit this attraction in festive time. The weather is cool and the Xmas decoration is on going.
It's also interesting to have Lemon tea while looking at the cathedral and traffic on the street.
💫 Furthermore, the attraction surrounding is also known as the Old Quarter in Hanoi which is an intriguing neighbourhood, home to a mix of Vietnamese architecture, green spaces, ancient shops and fresh-as-it-gets street food.

The Famous Local Restaurant In Danang🇻🇳
Ẩm thực Trần is one of the most visited restaurants in Da Nang City both by Locals and Foreigners. Am Thuc Tran is a local Vietnamese Restaurant with nearly 20 years of experience, this is the reason why the restaurant is so famous, especially for their local food.
When i came here, i ordered their Basic Menu: Tran specialty. On that set menu it includes Pork Rolls, Quang Noodles, Ricke Cake, Grilled Paper Rice, and Fruits.
How to eat the pork rolls is a bit difficult but the waitress helped me to make it😂 2 kind of paper rice wrapped with fresh veggies and thin slices of pork belly. After that eat it with their special sauce.
Overall, from the set menu that i ordered, i really loved their Mi Quang. I would like to say that their Mi Quang is one of the best Mi Quang in Da Nang City. And for the Pork Rolls, i not really into it, but still enjoyed the foods.
The set menu is start from VND 199.000 (can for two bcs the portions is huge)

Hanoi Graceful Hotel is a 3 star hotel that located in Old Quarter Area in Hanoi City. This hotel has an aesthetic, elegant and romantic vibes.
What i like the most about this hotel is the strategic location. This place near Hoan Kiem Lake, Temple of literature, and so many restaurants. You can just walk to reach that place.
The price that i paid already included breakfast. The breakfast is good and they change the menu everyday. Hotel’s staff are so helpful and humble.

Great Brew
That afternoon, I accidentally found a coffee place that was quite hidden in the A. Yani area. A simple, casual place that is quiet, in contrast to the chaotic traffic at home from work on the main road. Still in the same area as their coffee roasting area and classes for baristas. What is specifically offered here is the experience of sipping a manual brew with several rare single origin options. This time I tried Wanoja Wine from Garut, with a strong wine sensation followed by a berry taste afterwards. When else will you drink coffee with the sensation of wine, which instead of being tipsy, is actually spicy? Maybe not here to look for instagrammable aesthetic corners, but definitely to enjoy delicious coffee & relaxed conversation at the end of a serene afternoon.

Living Stone Holyground
An accidental stop one morning ago. On the way to Tampaksiring to see what was green and spacious, it turned out there was an urgency that inevitably had to step aside for a moment. Coincidentally I remembered the new cafe in Andong, Livingstone Holy Ground. Even though the location & physical location of the cafe is relatively new, the name & brand is not. Many years ago, when they wanted to get away from the crowds of Petitenget, one of them visited this cafe. In fact, it's been a long time since we last visited, so the memory of that past experience is a bit vague. But what I remember is that they were one of the ones that had proper coffee at that time with several house blend options.
Even though we arrived quite early, it turned out to be quite busy. Maybe because it's new and currently happening, you have to be careful when taking photos so as not to disturb your privacy. Even though as an introvert it's a bit unsuitable for crowds like this, because of the large space and distance from each other, it's still safe. Their bar area is located in the middle of the room which is also the center of interest. How could it not be, apart from being able to see the baristas mixing coffee, we were also presented with a display of pastries & cakes which were varied and pleasing to the eye. Meanwhile, the backyard area is large enough to be explored by children accompanying young parents who want to enjoy some free time, taking a break from daily reality.

Mendira House
A short stopover on the way east. It seems like it's been quite a while since I last visited Karangasem, so I don't have any updates about what proper coffee places there are. Coincidentally, via Google Maps, I found this place, which is actually a small souvenir shop and also a coffee & ice cream shop. Drinking coffee on the terrace while admiring the remnants of the June rain, which in Sapardi's poetry is a sign of impossibility, but in the meaning of natural phenomena, especially today, it is a definite uncertainty in climate change. But what is certain is that coffee and petrichor are friends who always stick together.

Hanaka Coffee Bali
Stopped by the new Hanaka in Canggu whose face is even newer. Haven't had the chance to try the previous style which has now been completely restored, but it's good to have the new design this time, especially if there are cloudy days with a definite chance of rain like in the past few days. At the same time, take shelter, instead of complaining about the rain in the dry months, which is actually normal for it to fall occasionally. And if it continues, it should be a self-reflection that climate change & global warming really exist. Isn't a cup or two of coffee & a warm sandwich still much better than wasting energy cursing nature?

Tucky Bali
Still in the Ubud area, let's make noise over all the commotion at once. Accidentally (again) found a delicious coffee shop and again on the small street Goutama. Yes, one of the perks of being in the center of tourism area is good coffee standards, because the main target market is tourists. Tucky, that's what this cafe is called. The interest is simple, because at first glance the letter T reminds you of the Tumblr logo. I was a little hesitant to enter at first, because it was all white people, yes it's also called a tourism center. But fortunately it was still welcomed by the staff and baristas. The place is small, but with enough stylish details & not too much. The coffee is Arabica Fazenda Primavera, Brazil, with bold & rich character in both black and white. Paired with their homemade orange cake which is small but turns out to be a winner in taste, let alone the name if it is not a sweet combination to start or end the day. BTW, the place turns into a wine bar at night. ;)

Explore Ho Chi Minh City Less Than A Day?🇻🇳
If you in transit at Ho Chi Minh City and want to explore, you must try the most famous attraction here: Hop On Hop Off Bus. This attraction is the fastest ways to get the glimpse of saigon and it feels like flying trough the city.
I choose Sightseeing Bus Night Tour which is it cost USD5-6 per person. The Sightseeing Bus Night Tour will take you to see the highlights of saigon for around one hour at the bus.
You can choose to sit at the lower deck or upper deck, but my recommendations is you must try to sit at the upper deck, the view is more beautiful!🤩.
For the night tour bus, they operated from 5PM until 9PM. The bus departure every 30 minutes and passes many landmarks of saigon, such as: Saigon Opera House, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Nha Rong harbour, etc. Be on time if you choose the last bus.
Hop On Hop Off Bus Ho Chi Minh City now is operating and start the trip from across of Saigon Opera House, for redeem the ticket you can show etix to the staffs (they are wearing shirt and skirt with tie for woman staff).

Lilian Coffee
Finishing a quiet afternoon in the corner of one of the small coffee shops in Sanur. A minimalist coffee shop on Jl. Lake Tamblingan with decent coffee & a selection of cakes that also looks promising. Plus finding Bon Iver playing in one of his playlists. Diving into the magical Vernon et al while sipping a cup of coffee & a slice of warm, delicious pie should be quite a little perfection.

The Most Affordable Hotel In HCMC 🇻🇳
Blue Diamond Luxury Hotel is a 3 star hotel that centrally located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. You can reach many tourist attraction by walking distance: a 3-minute walk to goin to Opera House and 6 minutes by foot to Ho Chi Minh City Hall Square.
The facility in the room is quite good: Tv, mini fridge bar, toiletries, hairdryer, also private bathroom including shower and bathtub.
For the breakfast is also okay, they changed the menu everyday, Their fried rice & pork bacon are delicious. My favorite part is besides the main menu they served Yoghurt for the bfast. Not only yoghurt they also serve an eggs and pho (there are egg stall & pho stall).
Since its in Vietnam they always have a non halal menu for the breakfast, if you want to know where is the halal food, you need to ask them first.
The price per night is start from USD 33. Wdyt? is that worth it?

Explore The Famous Cu Chi Tunnel🇻🇳
Tourist destinations in Vietnam are not only about Hanoi and Halong Bay. Another tourist destination that is so interesting and very historical is the Cu Chi Tunnels. This historic tunnel is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
This Tunnels is one of the best things to do in Ho Chi Minh City. Cu Chi Tunnels is along tunnel that is a silent witness to the dark days of the Vietnam War. Has a total length around 120 km, Cu chi tunnel Stretched from the outskirts of Saigon all the way to the Cambodian border. Many thousands of men, women and children lived underground in the past.
The soldiers used these underground routes to house troops, transport communications and supplies, lay booby traps and mount surprise attacks, after which they could disappear underground to safety.
When we visiting this place, we will know about how Vietnamese lived in the past, the trap that they used, also we can try their food during the war! Cassava & Pandan Tea 🍵

A Dazzling Evening in Madrid
A Dazzling Evening in Madrid: Embracing the Festive Spirit Underneath the Christmas Lights
The other day, I embarked on a magical journey through the heart of Madrid to witness the unveiling of the Christmas lights, and it was nothing short of enchanting. The city had transformed into a glittering tapestry of festive colors, and every corner seemed to whisper tales of holiday joy. Starting in the iconic Puerta del Sol, where the grand Christmas tree stood tall and proud, the radiance of the lights spread like a warm embrace throughout the bustling square. It was a sight to behold, with locals and visitors alike sharing smiles and capturing the moment on their cameras.
Venturing into the vibrant neighborhood of Malasaña, the narrow streets adorned with twinkling lights felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday movie. The lively atmosphere was contagious, with cafes offering seasonal treats and shops displaying festive window decorations. As I strolled along Gran Vía, the grandeur of the buildings was complemented by the spectacular light displays that adorned the thoroughfare. The Christmas spirit had undeniably taken hold of the city, and the joyful hum of conversations and laughter filled the air.
One of my favorite discoveries was the dazzling display in Plaza Mayor, where the historic square transformed into a festive spectacle. Adorned with intricate decorations, it became a central hub for holiday festivities. The vibrant Christmas market added an extra layer of charm, offering handcrafted ornaments and seasonal delights. From Plaza Mayor, I continued my journey through the beautifully illuminated streets, finding hidden gems in the lesser-known corners of the city.
In conclusion, Madrid's Christmas lights are a testament to the city's ability to embrace the spirit of the season. Whether you're a local seeking familiar delights or a visitor experiencing the magic for the first time, exploring the Christmas lights in Madrid is an absolute must. The city's radiant transformation serves as a reminder of the joy that comes with the holiday season and the power of shared moments under the glow of festive lights.

The My Son temple complex was built between the 4th century and the 14th century. It was the central worshipping centre for the Champa people who had five kingdoms in the surrounding areas.
The Champa had come from Java in Indonesia and brought with them their Hindu religion. My Son was dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva.
The god Shiva was the bringer of the wishes of the Champa people and the thing they wished for most was fertility. They wanted to grow their population because of the more people they had the stronger they would become.

Dreaming about Venice, Italy 🇮🇹
#christmastrip
Had an amazing trip to Italy and Venice turned out to be my favourite city! Known as the City of Canals, Venice has many winding canals, beautiful architectures and bridges! It is a car-free city and is built with many bridges over the canals! Be sure to go on a gondola ride, which offers different views of Venice (the filming location of Spiderman), such an exciting experience with breathtaking views! There are a lot of popular attractions for sightseeing in Venice, including Saint Mark’s Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace.
Such a dreamy trip to Venice 🇮🇹✨10/10 would love to revisit in the future! 🤍

As Tea, Tea House
#balitrip
Still around Ubud, this time a bit down to the Peliatan area. There is an artisan tea shop that has just opened in the Sukma Kesuma area. Not bad, after parking in the central area and walking all the way here to have beautiful tea in a place where every corner has an aesthetic that is no less beautiful - with a dominant earthy color that gives a warm & relaxing feel. While unwinding & welcoming September cheerfully in the style of Vina Panduwinata, even though her face is starting to turn gray, a sign of the changing seasons. The choice of tea is varied, not only a blend of tea leaves but also flowers combined with various herbs, each type of which is served in beautiful tea pots and cups. There are several small snacks, sweet and savory, which you can choose as afternoon tea accompaniments to relax your day and your heart.

ROU Cafe
#balitrip
Finally it happened and stopped by this tiny café in Umalas, whose face had changed and was said to be opening a new branch in the Berawa area soon. The original intention was to just stop by to buy flowers, because we happened to be having coffee next door. But, yes, discourse is just discourse. In the end, we always look for justifications in our heads, like, "How come you don't drink coffee in a coffee shop." Moreover, seeing that there is a manual brew option with guaranteed Hungry Bird beans in the barista's precise mix. A warm and delicious cup of Aceh Gayo is a shame to miss out on to liven up a quiet afternoon, while chatting trivially in a cliche coffee shop scene. Surely all the tiredness will gradually disappear plus bringing home a few sprigs of carnations will practically make you feel happy again.

Malaga Bali
#balitrip
The combination of delicious coffee, sweet things, and the expanse of the blue sea is indeed the best to provide a break from discourse that often creates chaos. And this time I had coffee at the market and on the beach. Yes, there is a mini cafe that has just opened in one of the stalls at the Kuta Art Market. Actually, I have never had the chance to visit their main house in Denpasar, because there is minimal mobility in that area, even though I have long been tempted to see their cake choices via social media. So this was my first experience and it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The coffee is not bad, plus a slice of carrot cake to match it, which is also said to be one of their best sellers. It's delicious, the texture is soft and the combination of flavors of cinnamon, raisins, cream cheese & nuts is balanced. It's just that overall it's a bit sweet for me, whose sweet taste is slightly below average. Just a little, especially when accompanied by Iced Black, it's still ok. BTW, the place is really small so it's not for WFC, but it's for relaxing coffee while watching the really strong foreigners sunbathing in broad daylight.

The Powderroom
#balitrip
In the afternoon that was gradually fading that day, I tried to go around the Sanggingan area - looking for a quieter atmosphere in Ubud and stopped by this place. In the past, when I passed by several times, I wasn't really sure whether it was really a cafe or not because of the name it carried. Yes, because the Powder Room in the room category is like a small bathroom for guests who want to touch up their make-up or get ready, so they don't have to go to the owner of the house's private bathroom. Maybe the cafe, which is still part of and is located almost next door to Room for Dessert, wants to provide that experience. Like a stopping room to get ready before entering their main house, Room for Dessert, which is more explorative & imaginative. A more relaxed experience in a space that appears with a mix of vintage-rustic style, with a variety of sweet snacks that are more familiar to everyday tastes – once again compared to the r4d menu. Because it was my first time, I was advised to try their botanical bomboloni, the choice fell on mulberry & ricotta. The bomboloni is fluffy, with a topping & filling that is a delicious mix of sweet, sour, fresh, typical berries and savory salty ricotta cheese, the perfect accompaniment to a glass of Iced Black or piccolo made from artisan coffee beans that rarely goes wrong and certainly succeeds every time it is executed well.
