Muyu Island in Fuzhou, the most beautiful and original niche

It is a coastal island in the south of Shapu Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province, facing Niutouwei across the sea, 50 kilometers away from Fuqing City. The island has a land area of 3.09 square kilometers and a population of more than 500 people. Because the island was once a sea-watching post in ancient times, it is also called Muyu. From Fuzhou Library, take a bus to Gaoshan Town in Fuqing to Niutouwei in Shapu Town, and then take a ferry to the island, about 2 hours away. The waterway between the island and Niutoumen is 1.5 kilometers wide and more than 22 meters deep. The scenery of Muyu is wonderful in nature. The east, middle, and west "three mountains" on the island compete for beauty, with lush vegetation, towering pines, strange rocks stacked on top of each other, competing for beauty, either imitating objects or resembling birds and beasts, vividly. There are more than a hundred scenes including wind-moving stones, sea lions bathing in the sun, stone cats peeping at prints, and turtles welcoming guests. The foot of the south library of Dongshan is a cliff, under the steep cliff is the vast sea, the waves are shocking, the waves are splashing, and the view is endless.
