Upon arrival, the front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and professional. My stay was very pleasant; both the hotel's facilities and services were truly five-star. The hotel dinner was excellent, delicious, and generously portioned.

The room was reasonably clean, but the toothbrush was left uncovered in a cardboard box, which could easily get wet and breed bacteria if left on the sink, so I didn't dare use it. Attention to detail is important! The blanket felt like paper—very hard and awful! The breakfast selection was also limited, which was a shame.

We had a total 2 nights stay. We had a small disorder on the first day, but we did not experience victimisation with solution-focused approaches. All staff were laughing and related. We made breakfast in the outdoor place was a pleasant and flowery street. We recommend to stay in the area. :)

Facilities: relatively new. OK. Hygiene: relatively clean. Environment: quiet surroundings. Service: OK. Maybe this hotel is full of tour groups! Korean, Japanese, European. There is nothing in the refrigerator, unlike other hotels that put some paid drinks, beer, etc. Maybe they are afraid that the aunties will take it away. There are more breakfasts and the variety is OK. There is a comprehensive shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very good for eating and shopping. It is 3 kilometers away from the airport. It takes 5 minutes by taxi. You can see the strait outside the window.

Even though I made the reservation 1 month ago and specifically asked for 2 rooms to be side by side or opposite each other, on the day of arrival the rooms were given 2 rooms apart. This is not corporateness.

We were very pleased with the room of the hotel, its cleanliness, sea and harbor view caused us to start the day more positively. However, I can say that the breakfast we ate at the restaurant under the hotel was pretty bad.

Проживали втроем с ребёнком в номере на втором этаже. Местоположение отеля отличное. Номер просторный, кровати удобные, бельё чистое. В номере чисто. На завтрак шведский стол с хорошим выбором. Персонал приветливый. Выбрали бы этот отель ещё раз. Рядом общественная парковка, где мы всегда находили место. Рекомендуем отель! Лифт работал и до лифта везде пандусы для чемоданов.
