Super experience all around. Smiling and helpful staff. Cosy and spacy room. Excellent concept with morning and evening meals included. Wont hesitate coming back.

Great location, had a room with a view of the harbor, beds were ok, lobby and reception were good, cleanliness and service in the breakfast restaurant were bad, dirty tables, no clearing and cleaning of the tables and !!! CHAIRS !!! Panorama window in the restaurant very dirty

Nice location, in the middle of the center and with walking distance to the port and the castle e.g. A miss not to have checked out if all rooms have ac (only 6 of the rooms have it) and it was very warm in our two rooms. I can't think the hotel employs competent craftsmen when it comes to fix what's going to break. Our door didn't close because the lockhouse in the door was on discharge. A screw had released completely. In the doorcarm, the bleach was probably broken up sometime, but set to fix what you should, then you had printed in the fog mass in the hole, making everything sweaty. Good varied breakfast, with the possibility to sit in different environments. Meeting and pleasant staff

Neat and clean room, healthy breakfast with a number of varieties. Good staff behavior. They prepared a dish on my request that i like very much.

As always, good service and hospitality at Slottsholmen. Will go back.

The service was good with friendly smiles and willingness to solve problems in connection with the booking. As is usual in better hotels, they focus on a sumptuous breakfast buffet - The hotel restaurant was a little disappointing. Simply put, it cost more than it tasted. A detail regarding the equipment in the rooms: a shoehorn, preferably a larger model and therefore difficult to ”accidentally take with you”, should be part of the standard equipment!
