Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

The hotel is relatively small, with about 8 rooms. It's small but exquisite, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Free parking is available. I stayed there in mid-April and the room cost about 100 euros per night. I personally think it's good value for money and worth recommending.

My stay at the hotel was one of the most enjoyable in my entire travels across various cities and countries. The service was incredibly polite, warm, and responsive. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony because there were vacancies and we were traveling off-season. The top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy coffee and read. I'd especially like to mention the breakfasts—simple, home-cooked ingredients and dishes, but incredibly delicious. They also helped us call a taxi to the airport; we had an early flight and were worried we wouldn't find one ourselves. I will definitely recommend them and would choose them again for accommodations in Kotor, thank you ❤️

First of all, the room is an apartment in the form of a homestay. Our husband and wife are arranged on the top floor. We are very satisfied because the room is large, but there are no hotel facilities such as hair dryers and slippers. We need to bring our own. I think the price is very high, because it is winter, do not play the sea, so there is no resort hotel on the beach, the purpose is to be convenient and cheap. This is a bit difficult to find in the ancient city at first. You can find it on Google Maps. The hotel has a hotel name on the door. If you can't find it, you can ask the merchants in the ancient city. After arriving, you need to call the landlord first to open the door to check in. Remember to check in after 2 pm. The phone is posted at the door, okay? There is a 0 in the middle, don't add it when you call. The ancient city is quiet at night, safe, and the facilities are old, but harmless. Not suitable for the elderly and children, because this building, the stairs are not easy to climb, the spiral stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, but it is suitable for us to have no high requirements for the living conditions, the demand is clean, safe, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. The location is also convenient, the landlord's phone contact attitude is also very friendly, and you need to check out before 11 o'clock. Very satisfied with us, very pertinent, different travel needs, choose hotels according to your needs.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

This place is perfect if you have a car! It's on a narrow road with beautiful views, conveniently located between Tivat and Kotor. Why is there a dishwasher in the room, and who needs it? Everyone needs a washing machine. Our neighbors, some wild Indians, were noisy at night. There are no shops or cafes nearby; the closest ones are in Kotor. The area and the road to Kotor are absolutely beautiful.

The hotel location is superb and also the staff is very nice I recommend to stay there and price is also affordable and facilities is also good.

The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!

The rooms are nice and located in the old town. The hotel has free parking outside the north gate. If you have large luggage, it's best to inform the hotel in advance so they can arrange for a golf cart to transport it. Otherwise, although it's only a few hundred meters from the north gate, the cobblestone path is uneven, making it inconvenient to drag luggage. This hotel only has nine rooms, but they are all beautifully decorated and furnished! Breakfast is just downstairs, around the corner, inside a door. The hotel is very close to the old town, making it very convenient! Additionally, you can book a fjord cruise through the hotel for 40 euros per person for three hours, and someone will pick you up and take you to the pier.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marija in Montenegro. The location is very convenient, close to the old town and main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great value for money, especially for travellers looking for simple hotel.
