Location: About 1.5km walk from the nearest train station exit, which may be challenging with luggage. Fine for backpackers. The hotel is centrally located near Dotonbori, close to the night market and not far from the Glico sign.
Cleanliness: Very clean. No issues. Water heater works well, especially during winter.
Service: Staff are helpful and can speak both English and Japanese.
Facilities: Decent and suitable for solo travellers. Quiet at night with minimal noise. Water dispenser and laundry are available.
Overall: Slightly far from the train station but well located for exploring Dotonbori, night markets, and nearby malls. Rooms are a bit small, so for two people, a larger room is recommended.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel! It’s super convenient and comfortable. The location is great — it’s close to several train lines, near Donki, and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, so you’ll never go hungry.
The hotel itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Even though the bathrooms are shared, they’re very clean and spacious enough for multiple people to use at the same time, which was better than I expected.
However, privacy in the shower area is a bit limited since it’s located on the first floor. You’ll likely run into people coming in and out of the hotel while heading to shower, which can feel a little awkward — especially if you’re not quite ready to be seen by others.
I booked a triple room even though there were only two of us, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. We had plenty of space for all our shopping (which we had a lot of 😆), and it didn’t feel cramped at all.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath.
Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM.
Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations.

I checked in quite late, and the staff member who assisted me spoke Chinese. She was very warm and attentive, explaining all the important details clearly. The Life supermarket is not far away, and after 8 PM, they have discounted food like sushi and bento boxes, which is really convenient. The room itself was spacious and felt very new.

I’ve booked this place twice. Overall, the experience was nice, but during my second stay, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the 6th floor (previously, I stayed on the 4th floor). I went to the front desk to complain, and they fixed it the next day. However, the signal was still quite weak, so the speed wasn’t as good as on the other floors. On the bright side, the room on the 6th floor (single loft) was more spacious, so it felt like a trade-off.

The hotel is literally beside a train station which is really convenient to go to airport. And there’s a family mart just 2 mins away as well. But the thing is the room really small and very small walkway for you to walk. And the sound proofing is so weak that you’ll able to hear the loud snoring from the room next to you if so happened there’s one. And I would really not recommend to those who not used to shared bathroom as it’s quite inconvenient and for female bathroom is at ground floor and need to pass by the hotel entrance and public area which is dining area that there’s bunch of people being there for using laptop and eating almost the whole day.
First time trying this kind of hotel and guess it’s not my type but it’s good for experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. Here is a breakdown of my stay:
📍 Unbeatable Location
The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It is within easy walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba, making it perfect for foodies and shoppers. Being close to several subway stations meant I could reach almost any part of Osaka, including the Umeda district and Osaka Castle, quickly and conveniently.
🛎️ Service & Amenities
Check-in/out: The process is automated and very efficient. However, when the machines had a minor hiccup, the staff were immediately available to help. The team is incredibly polite and professional.
Convenience: I loved the vending machines (drinks and vacuum bags!) located right in the hotel.
Toiletries: There is a ”grab-and-go” station on the first floor where you can pick up extra shampoo, gels, and toothbrushes as needed.
⚠️ Areas for Improvement
While I enjoyed my stay, there were some minor issues with cleanliness:
I noticed some dust buildup in the common area light fixtures.
In the room, there was visible dust on the ventilation grilles and tables, even after the cleaning service.
Verdict
Despite the minor dust issues, the convenience, location, and friendly service make this a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka.

Overall, my stay at Welina Hotel Premier Nakanoshima East was good and comfortable 🏨✨ The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well organized and maintained 🧹🌿 The location was also very convenient, making it easy to move around Osaka and reach different attractions 📍🚶♀️
The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant 😊✨
When I arrived around noon, there was no one at the reception for about 30 minutes, which was a bit uncomfortable after a long trip ⏰ After someone arrived, I was told that early check in was not possible and I had to wait until 3 PM. It would have been nicer if there was a little more flexibility in this situation 🙏
Also, inside the room there were only two bottles of water provided, but no tea or coffee, which was slightly disappointing ☕🚫
That said, overall it was still a good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and I would still consider it a good option for travelers visiting Osaka 🌿🏨✨

✨ Acro Capsule Hotel (Japan) 🇯🇵
My first time staying in a capsule hotel, and honestly, I was more impressed than I expected!
📍 Location: Amazing! It’s very close to Dotonbori—just a few minutes’ walk to food, shopping, and nightlife. Also near train stations, so getting around is super convenient.
🛏 Capsule Room: I thought it would be very small, but it’s actually more spacious than expected. I could stretch out comfortably. There’s decent privacy with a curtain, plus a power outlet and personal light.
🧼 Cleanliness: Highly rated! The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Amenities are provided, including towels and a hair dryer.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which makes everything much easier.
👍 Pros:
- Great value for money, perfect for budget travelers
- Excellent central location
- Secure system with lockers for your belongings
⚠️ Cons:
- If you get an upper capsule, climbing up and down can be a bit inconvenient (though it’s slightly cheaper than the lower one)
- Some noise is unavoidable since it’s a shared space
- It can feel a bit warm or stuffy at times
💬 Overall: Perfect for solo travelers or anyone who wants to try the capsule hotel experience in Japan. If you don’t mind limited personal space, it’s definitely worth it!
