"This is arguably a very good value budget hotel, much larger than others in the same price range. It's an apartment-style hotel, and the facilities and amenities provided are very comprehensive. There's a microwave, fridge, induction hob, and kettle. Disposable toiletries can be picked up freely at the entrance, and there are free clear umbrellas available to borrow. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is very convenient for groups traveling together. The location is also very convenient, very close to Tsutenkaku, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's accessible by different subway stations. The only thing to note is that the closest subway station has limited connections, so try to plan your trips and returns to places that are on the way, otherwise you'll have to walk back from Shin-Imamiya."

"Facilities: Upon entering the hotel, the front desk is located straight ahead on the left. On the right, there's a 24-hour supply of beverages, vanilla-flavored ice cream, and alcoholic drinks starting from 3 PM. Free ramen is available from 9 PM to 10 PM. Service: I was assisted by a staff member named Jess. She was warm and polite, providing me with an introduction to the hotel and explaining the location of various facilities. I booked a private onsen for that day; it was 4000 yen for 1 hour for two people, and a room was also available for early check-in. The staff even thoughtfully gave me a small gift as they noticed my birthday was two days later. If I have the chance to visit Osaka again, I would definitely consider staying here!"

"I didn't take any photos, but the room was quite small for two people. It would be okay if you're staying alone, as there's very little space for the room I booked. One large suitcase and one small bag already made it feel cramped. It would probably be difficult for a couple. However, overall, the cleanliness and location are good, close to many restaurants and convenience stores. You can easily walk to Saishitong."

"Had a great experience! It was really convenient to have the toilet and shower separate. There was absolutely no strange odor in either the room or the bathroom. The entryway light even turned on automatically, so you're not fumbling in the dark when you walk in. What's more, there's a washing machine! With the hot weather, clothes get sweaty after just one day, so being able to wash them anytime was super convenient!! The room and bedding were very clean. The only thing was quite a few stains on the floor, but I assume those are just accumulated marks from previous guests that are difficult to remove. As for the location, I personally found it excellent. Right outside the station, there's a huge supermarket. If you're trying to save money, you can buy dinner there and heat it up back in your room. The fridge is also a standard size for one person, with plenty of space for drinks. I hope I'll have the chance to stay here again next time. Thank you for your hospitality."

"My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights during the 3-day weekend in July. We chose the cheapest option, a double room without breakfast, and it was much smaller than I imagined. The bathroom too, haha! Given how incredibly cheap it was, I guess that's to be expected. The hotel was cleaner than I thought it would be, though! We were on the 5th floor, facing the highway, but the noise wasn't too bad at all. Didn't need earplugs! My only minor disappointments were that they only provided an all-in-one body wash/shampoo and a separate conditioner, and while there was a small fridge, it didn't have a freezer compartment."

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. "This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"Good service and a decent location. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for female solo travellers. I was assigned a room near the lift lobby, and due to poor sound insulation, I could clearly hear a drunk person repeatedly trying to open the wrong door (thankfully not mine) and pressing the lift buttons at around 2:30 a.m. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, but it made for an unpleasant experience."

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially loving the room's decor. It had a warm and comfortable wooden style with soft lighting, which made it feel cozy and not cold at all. I felt incredibly relaxed in the room. I think the design and layout are brilliant. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the location was very convenient, being close to the subway station. I've already left Osaka for Kyoto, but I still miss this room a bit. If I come back to Osaka, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. I did notice the odd smell in the hallway that others mentioned in reviews, but it was bearable, and the room itself smelled pleasant. One minor point is that one of the hotel staff members, a lady, seemed a bit cold, perhaps just quiet by nature, but another lady was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. Despite being next to the highway, I didn't experience the noise I expected. Regarding the blackout issue mentioned in other reviews, I think you can just request a room not facing the highway. I'm currently at a hotel in Kyoto, and for some reason, it feels a bit eerie. I really miss this hotel!"

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

If you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

The hotel's design is incredibly thoughtful, like being in a peaceful rainforest. For its downtown location, the rooms are a good size, clean, and perfect for tourists to relax after a day out. My favorite spot was the water bar on the second floor – spacious and comfortable, great for a quick break or meeting friends. The large sofas in the waiting area are also a nice touch, offering a comfortable place to sit on both the first and second floors. It was especially helpful that we could store our luggage and rest on the first and second floors when our flight was delayed and we didn't want to go to the airport too early. Thumbs up for that! The only downside was that the breakfast was too Western-focused, which isn't ideal for families with children. It seems more geared towards younger European and American guests, which might align with the hotel's overall concept.

The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rinku-Town Station, and there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, making it super convenient for early morning flights. I booked a high-floor twin room with a bay view, and you can see the ocean. The room has a modern, minimalist design with complete facilities. There's a convenience store downstairs, and Rinku Premium Outlets is just a few minutes' walk away, making it a paradise for shoppers. It's generally quiet and comfortable, perfect for a rest after landing or for a stopover before heading home. Great value for money. I was also lucky enough to catch a fireworks display over the ocean on the night I checked in. It would have been even better if the front desk had mentioned it during check-in.

I initially booked four nights through Qunar and paid a tax of 1800 or 2800 yuan upon check-in. Later, due to a typhoon-induced flight cancellation, I booked an extra night through Ctrip and wasn't charged any tax. The hotel's location is good, with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. However, there are quite a few adult entertainment venues downstairs, making it less suitable for families with children.

Great location, very close to the subway station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (they even had paper notices with multi-language versions, which was a nice touch). Shinsaibashi is just a short walk away, and I noticed that no matter which way I walked back to the hotel, I'd always pass a convenience store, which was handy for grabbing snacks. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool as well as I'd hoped, but it was still sufficient. Perhaps one of my ventilation fans was broken at the time.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, right next to Exit 1A of Yotsubashi Station, and just a few minutes' walk straight to Shinsaibashi Station. It's incredibly convenient for transport yet surprisingly quiet. There's a Torikizoku right opposite, so dining options are great. While the room wasn't huge, there was more than enough space to open two suitcases. All the facilities were excellent, and the shower drainage was incredible – no matter how strong the water pressure, not a single drop overflowed! The breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety, and they refilled dishes very promptly. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; when I had a small issue, a front desk attendant arrived at my room within a minute, even though it was almost 1 AM. I'm very grateful for their help! Highly recommend!

The front desk features a comfortable lounge area and a water dispenser. What's more, on my floor, there was a large beverage machine offering a variety of drinks, both hot and cold. The bed was cozy and came with a TV that had decent reception. The bathroom, washbasin, and toilet were all quite spacious, and importantly, all these facilities were separated for men and women. I also discovered a prayer room available for Muslim guests, which is a very thoughtful touch. Of course, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive as well.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!
