My luggage was also damaged during my flight to Osaka, so the staff politely helped to handle the disposal of my luggage for free.
The only thing that slightly bothered me was the superrrr dark lighting in the room. There were times I had to use my phone’s flashlight to find things but it was still bearable for me.

"I booked this hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. "This is a brand new hotel and I was very impressed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. There's complimentary drinking water and fresh coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is strong and delicious! The hotel has three elevators, which is super convenient. The location is great, right behind Kizu Fish Market – you just have to cross the road from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hairdryer was powerful, and the layout of the room was good, allowing us to open two suitcases comfortably. Our room had a view of the train tracks, which was interesting to watch, but you could hear the trains passing by. The lighting in the room was excellent, with multiple adjustable lights, including white light options. They cleaned the room daily, which was a nice touch. If you're heading to the Nipponbashi or Shinsekai areas, it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Namba is about 20 minutes away. It's also very convenient for getting around by train, with the subway station about a 10-minute walk. We got a really good price when we booked!"

"Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great.
One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)"

The room has a fridge, and it's super affordable! Anyway, highly recommended! It's also kid-friendly; you can borrow picture books for free, and the slippers are adorable! 🥰 The service is excellent too, with both Chinese and English-speaking staff available!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and got a great deal, probably because it was the off-season. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We had an amazing overall experience during our stay. My child absolutely loved the rooftop area and enjoyed a lot (I’ve attached a photo of it!). The view from the hotel was also beautiful. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Namba (the main market), and the surrounding local market area is also fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"I usually stay at hotels around Umeda Station, but this time I wanted to stay at a hotel with a beautiful night view, so I chose this one. The hotel is directly connected to Exit 3 of Higobashi Station, so I didn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. I requested a room on a higher floor, and I was given a room on the 28th floor. When I opened the curtains, the night view I had wanted to see was so beautiful that I was moved. It was very relaxing. The staff were also kind and polite, which was great. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was guided to the reception and the explanation was easy to understand. There were plenty of elevators, so I was able to use them without any congestion. It was my first time around Higobashi Station, but there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so I had no problems staying there. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much."

"This hotel has a sustainability concept, means no water bottles or change bedsheets daily. My family is lucky to stay at the 5th floor where there’s easy access to washing machine and water dispenser. The cleanliness of the bedroom: the bed a bit dusty, making my legs itchy. Toilet is small typical Japanese bathrooms. Luggage delivery wise, u need to scan a qrcode and do it ourselves and later pass to the front desk before 10am. Staff service is professional, speak short and sweet. Location wise is quite convenient. Walking distance to kuromon market and 10min walk to shinsaibashi from namba. From namba station to hotel, there’s a long walk so families with old members need to find a cab. Easy to get a cab or uber since hotel is located roadside. For a 4-star hotel with expensive room price, there’s many “self-service” and hygiene issues I don’t think is worth it."

AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

Hygiene: Extremely clean and tidy. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-separated.
Environment: Right outside is Universal Studios and the JR station, making it super convenient to get around.
Service: Warm and patient. Even with a language barrier, communication was effortless. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

GGrogu on the roadYesterda I stayed at Ace Capsule Hostel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone looking to try capsule-style accommodation, very good.
First and foremost, the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds themselves were surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy, private space that made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
What really stood out to me were the excellent amenities. The hostel truly thinks of everything to make your stay hassle-free. A major bonus was that they provide both a small towel and a big towel for guests, which is incredibly convenient and saved me from having to pack my own. The shower facilities and common areas were also spotless and fully stocked.
Between the comfort, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful perks, this hostel offers incredible value for budget travelers and solo backpackers in Osaka. The location was perfect ! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and classic Japanese capsule experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

HhetomyThe room was very quiet, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, and the subway station is right outside the door. Although breakfast was Japanese style, there were many options, and I thought it was even better than the breakfast at the hotel in Kyobashi.

GGuest UserI arrived at 2:30 PM, but early check-in wasn't available. Still, I appreciated being able to store my luggage! I'm not sure about the exact capacity of the place I booked, but it seemed to accommodate about 20 people. There wasn't a dedicated spot for suitcases; instead, you'd use a lock and key provided at check-in to secure your bags. I liked that there were individual shoe compartments! Most importantly, the free drinks in the common area were a great bonus, and I made good use of them. The cleanliness was also impressive! Although it was a shared bathroom, the showers were individual stalls, and they were well-equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and even a hair straightener. Towels, however, needed to be rented.
The bed assignment was given at check-in. The main issue was that the curtain for my bunk was half mesh, and even at night, the lights didn't turn off, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I could hear everything, and it was too bright. That was my biggest disappointment.
Despite that, the other facilities were good, and I had a pleasant one-night stay!

HhhhooolllyyyooollloooBooked this hotel blindly for my USJ trip – stayed for 5 nights in total. The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station, and only about a 5-6 minute walk to USJ. The room was a bit small. The bedding had an unidentifiable, dirty smell, and the towels also had quite a few black stains. Looking at the uploaded photo, I remember booking a triple room (twin beds + sofa bed). The sofa bed didn't have any bedding. When I asked the front desk, they said there was bedding in a closet that I needed to make myself. 😓 For 1200-1500 a night, I felt the service was a bit lacking.
