Excellent service, staff politeness, cleanines & BF is also good and food quality is also good. Have nice ambience on roof top. Food is little pricy. Enjoyed staying there.

Bed is comfy, breakfast was quite ok, quite a lot variety, taste not bad. Too bad i saw a fly on top if the boiled corn. Probably because they didnt close the door of the restaurant.

This hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. The convenient location, reliable Wi-Fi, and comfortable workspace in the room made it easy to stay productive. I'd highly recommend it for fellow business travelers.

Very nice hotel staff, very good service. There is room service until late at night. We were very pleased about that :) Unfortunately our floor was very dirty, but we were allowed to change rooms. So everything was fine!

We enjoyed our stay in Mahkota Sutis hotel. The hotel is situated a bit out of town which suited us very well. The hotel sits about 40 meters from the road. And having a room at the backside of the hotel, it was nicely quiet. We had a nice view on lush green mountains. There is a swimming pool which we did not use due to our other activities. The wifi in the room was not so strong, though in the hall way excellent. The staff was very accommodating. They took time to make us feel at home and were responding quickly to our requests. They arranged for a tasty breakfast box as we were leaving early in the morning.

Worth of money, definitely will visit again next time , good facilities

Kamarnya bagus, banyak tersedia meja dan kursi/sofa, luas, kamar mandi bersih, amenities lengkap bgt,memuaskan menginap disini, makan sarapan tdk terlalu berlebihan namun enak dan pas, resto cozy dan instagramable. Pertahankan terus ya kebersihan dan perawatan supaya tamu puas, yang lebih keren lagi pegawainya semua ramah, baik bgt sopan dan selalu siaga membantu bahkan sangat sopan. Thanks owner dan management, semoga hotelnya terus ramai dan cuan, next kalau ke Jambi InsyaAllah nginap lagi disini.

When we arrived the reception worker welcomed us very friendly. The room was not bad for only one night. The bathroom was clean and no problem with getting hot water. If I have to book a hotel again then I definitely will choose this hotel, but only for one night.
