The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible. Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable. Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Not bad for the price

The room is spacious, but the facility is old. Amenities are not provided full. The management should make more effort to improve the cleanliness. Breakfast is so so. Not much of selection. However, the satisfaction level is low compare to the price of room.

Excellent address. Very well located hotel, the service is impeccable. The rooms and the entire hotel have certainly been renovated recently. Honestly, nothing negative to say. Go there.

Menginap di New Melati Hotel, rasanya pas buat yang cari istirahat tanpa ribet. Lokasinya strategis, akses mudah ke mana-mana, jadi cocok buat liburan singkat atau urusan kerja. Kamarnya nyaman, bersih, dan tenang. Setelah seharian beraktivitas, tidur jadi lebih nyenyak dan bangun dengan badan segar. Pelayanannya ramah, suasananya simpel tapi fungsional. Bukan hotel yang berlebihan, tapi cukup untuk bikin betah dan ingin kembali. Kalau kamu cari hotel yang praktis, nyaman, dan ramah di kantong, New melat Hotel bisa jadi pilihan aman buat menginap.

Location is good,in town centre. Room facilities quite complete. But house-keeping need to be improved. Trash bin not cleared & coffee/tea/sugar/cream sachets not replaced. Need to tell them.

During my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space. However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience. In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to.
