"The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy. But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty. But can recommend anyway."

"We have been there for one week for skiing. Nice location for Didveli skiing. The toilet brush was broken and we couldn't clean the toilet. Rooms are warm. They didn't clean our rooms at all. Information we got at the check-in was: ”Room cleaning is provided every third day of your stay. Should you need any additional cleaning or amenities, feel free to reach out.” But nobody come for cleanning all week. Not enough shampoon and body gel provided. Hair dryer doesn't work proper."

"This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"The castle hotel has a lot of hype, but it's actually just a hotel with ordinary decor inside a reconstructed castle. It's a good transit point on the drive from Yerevan to Batumi (except in winter). It's not very convenient for travelers with large suitcases; the parking lot is about 150 meters from the hotel entrance, on a cobblestone road, making it inconvenient to drag luggage. The castle can be visited for a fee, but the free area is enough. The view from the castle early in the morning is quite nice."
