In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay.
Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended.
Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean.
Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility.
Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming.
P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

We were travelling for 3 weeks in France, and spent 3 nights in this hotel. We were super happy with the quality of the rooms Boma has, the best one over all hotel we have stayed,
The rooms well shield , has mini fridge, they offer free mini bar as well , the bedding quality (mattress , pillows , throw blanket ) all great!!! We slept so well , the room was not too small, enough if you travel for 2.
The location was great, we were truly impressed. Thank you Boma for make our stay at Strasbourg wonderful ☺️

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯
I loved my stay. The room was nice, it was just a shame that the edge of the bed had tears for aesthetic reasons. The staff is very welcoming and explains the services well. I had a treatment, a signature massage that the hotel offers. It was well done and the room was very calming. On arrival, you are offered a small free welcome bag. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, they give you a little surprise in the morning on the door handle, which I really appreciated.
I will recommend this hotel to those around me, because I am satisfied with it.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
Located near the CHU de Brabois, it is an inevitable accommodation in a few steps from your nearby hospitality.

Wonderful location, directly opposite to the train station. Although along the main road it is not at all noisy. The only issue is it is currently under renovation, u will get workers walking in front of your windows, the management could in fact help to inform the guest before they check into the rooms. Otherwise, room, breakfast and staffs are great.

This place is pretty good overall. It's conveniently located, offers great value for money, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it as a top choice for any trip.
On a separate note, Ctrip is incredibly reliable! I always use them for my travel arrangements, and they resolve any problems extremely quickly. I would definitely choose this place again.

DDadanThe room is large and clean. It is fully equipped, with kitchenware and a gas stove. It is on the 7th floor with a large terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the view. It is located in the city center, with many attractions within a 15-minute walk and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The landlord is very enthusiastic and picked us up on time. There is a garage. The only problem is that there are not many spare quilts.
GGuest UserThe studio apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, which is quite sufficient for simple cooking. The location is strategic, about 1.5 km from Petite France, making it convenient to reach various tourist attractions.
That said, don’t expect a luxurious stay—this place is just okay but reasonably priced. Parking is available for €14 per night.
CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
YYilukaixuangeThis is the first night of the Fari trip. I arrived at Paris Airport in the morning and rented a car to the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, but the road in front of the door is a one-way street. There are not many vehicles passing by and it is not noisy. The location is very good. The parking garage is not too big, the entrance is less than a little on the facade of the hotel, don't drive it, otherwise the one-way line will have to retrograde or detour. After arriving, ask Shangtai Garage entry method and then check in early. The service is standardized and the hygiene is impeccable.

EExploreWithMoThe location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.
李李李圓園The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel.
It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs.
Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, nice for young people and solo travelers. We stayed in a private room with one big bed and the room was a pleasant surprise.
Although, there are not a lot of plugs in the room (only two and one in the bathroom), chromecast is the only option on the TV and it didn’t work.
CChang-Pin, TohI had a really nice stay at this hotel and honestly, the highlight has to be the view. It’s absolutely stunning—you get a clear look over a charming little town, all surrounded by huge, dramatic mountains, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and almost postcard-perfect. Waking up to that scenery each day was definitely something special and added a lot to the overall experience.
The service desk staff were consistently friendly and polite, which made check-in and any interactions smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary sparkling and still water provided—it’s a small detail, but it does make you feel a bit more taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and had some really nice features, especially the bathtub with a built-in jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
There were a few minor downsides, like the heaters not working, but surprisingly it never felt too cold at night, so it didn’t really affect our comfort. The safe also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, these were relatively small issues compared to the overall experience. Between the incredible views, comfortable room, and friendly service, it was still a very enjoyable and memorable stay.
