"What a cute hotel this was. Really liked my stay, rooms are clean and super spacious. It's an aparthotel, so with living room, kitchen and separate large bedroom. The staff very friendly. Location was great, easy access by foot to the city center where all restaurants and cafes are located. If you come by car, you can only deposit your luggage and do check in then you have to park the car in a garage. There is one just nearby, which will be indicated by the hotel and it's gonna cost you like not even 5euro for a whole night. The city Dijon is super nice, and it's great that this hotel is located just in the center. I would definitely come back."

"The hotel is located near the city centre. However, it is older both from outside and inside. We had a big problem at the shower. We're noticed directly at the reception where we are noticed that the technician will pass the problem in the morning. The problem is still there in the evening. Nothing has been done !!! "J’ai réservé la suite pour être bien, mais quel mauvaise surprise ,le rideau principal De la baie vitrée électrique ne pouvait plus se fermer  j’ai donc été réveillé à 5h30 du matin et ne pouvait plus dormir, Alors que je devais être en forme le lendemain car j’avais une journée sportive importante, ce qui n’a pas pu être le cas"

"Emplacement : Très bien puisque je souhaitais être proche du complexe Micropolis. Propreté : Bien dans l'ensemble malgré quelques moutons sous le lit. Personnel : La première personne avec qui j'ai été en contact a été très professionnelle pour me fournir tous les éléments, à l'oral et par sms, dont j'ai eu besoin pour accéder à l'hôtel à une heure quelque peu tardive. Par contre, une deuxième personne a été très désagréable, laissant entendre que je mentais, lorsque pendant 2 jours j'ai dû lui signalé un problème de réception de la télé. Pourtant le réparateur, très sympathique, a dû changer tout un câble pour qu'enfin je puisse regarder celle-ci. Enfin une troisième personne a été beaucoup plus courtoise et compréhensive vis à vis de ce problème de télé pour m'indiquer qu'elle verrait avec vous (Trip.com) afin que j'obtienne une remise à titre commercial pour ce désagrément (à voir...). Pour en revenir à la deuxième personne, je n'ai également pas pu savoir si la chambre était faite chaque jour. En effet, le jeudi je lui demande si la chambre sera faite même si je garde les clefs. Elle me dit oui mais la chambre n'est pas faite. Quand je lui fais remarquer elle me dit que la chambre n'est pas faite en cours de séjour. J'en conviens alors sauf que le vendredi elle est faite. Installations : Problème avec la télé (voir ci-dessus) qui a mis 2 jours a être réglé."
