Every morning, opening the curtains to see the view outside just puts me in such a great mood. The bathroom also has excellent wet and dry separation, so the floor isn't slippery. The independent vanity is spacious and comfortable to use, making it feel just as relaxing as being at home, not unfamiliar at all. The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the service is also very good, there is enough space for two people, the bathroom is very large, with a bathtub and shower, and two washbasins. I personally think it is mainly quiet, which is very good for someone like me who has a light sleep and poor sleep quality.

I generally found this to be a convenient hotel room. It's in a great location, tons of hotpot places downstairs and at least 3 convenience stores. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower is large. The climate control and water temperature are good. Bottled water is provided, and check-in was efficient. I can recommend, especially if you're on a budget! The only thing missing in my room was a mini-fridge.

When a minor issue with air conditioning noise arose, I was promptly moved and upgraded again to an executive-level room on the 52nd floor. The front desk staff's response to the problem was excellent; they were very proactive and resolved it swiftly, showcasing truly professional service. The housekeeping team was also incredibly attentive; noticing some clothes that needed drying, they brought a rack to my room and even helped me hang them. Dining service was equally impressive; the host provided a helpful overview of the food stations, making it easy to choose a comfortable spot and guiding me to some excellent specialty dishes. Lastly, I was really touched by the complimentary fridge magnet given by the front desk upon check-out. It's elegantly simple and far better quality than any souvenir I picked up at the local attractions!

It feels like the best hotel in Anshun. Although it is a bit old, it is well maintained and not particularly old. The location is very good, facing Hongshan Lake without any obstruction. I booked a lake view king room. The front desk staff Wang Jiangping had a very good service attitude and handled the matter very quickly. Seeing that we were here for tourism, he took the initiative to help us upgrade to an executive lake view room, which improved the travel experience. If the weather is good, the lake view is still beautiful.

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning.

Highly recommended! Free late check-out is very friendly to lazy people, no longer need to rush to check out, the mineral water in the room is free to use, the front desk is worried that we don't have enough and bothers to give us extra mineral water, thank you very much, the service is online and very warm and considerate, five-star review is no problem!

The room was great, and the service was excellent. The lady at the front desk even upgraded me to a suite. I came to Guiyang specifically to watch a movie at the Boundary Cinema. It was very comfortable staying there by myself. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time.
