The hotel was clean and offered great value for money. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it's a good place to stay if you're visiting Hallstatt, and it's also very convenient for exploring the lake district. We actually had a lot of trouble figuring out transportation to Hallstatt initially, going out of our way unnecessarily. Turns out, there's a train station just about 500 meters from the hotel, which offers easy access to many places. This station also doubles as a bus stop. You can take the 542, then transfer to the 543 or 541/544 to reach Hallstatt or Gosau. The train and bus schedules are seamlessly connected, making it super convenient. We wish we had known this earlier, as the transportation issues caused us a lot of stress. I'd suggest the hotel create a Chinese transportation guide to help future guests avoid similar travel difficulties.

WesleyjaiThe room is very spacious and highly recommended, with everything you need, including basic cooking utensils and dining ware. The bed is also large and very comfortable. This is a contactless hotel with no staff on-site. The hotel's location is very close to Bad Goisern train station, just an 8-minute walk. There are also restaurants and pizza places nearby. However, if you're staying in the summer, be aware that the hotel does not have air conditioning.

yeeqinghewThe view from the room was absolutely stunning and easily the highlight of our stay. We were given two rooms, which made the stay very comfortable for our group of 3. The shower had great water pressure and was honestly one of the best we experienced during our trip.
If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Gosau, this hotel offers great value for money. There’s also a sauna and fitness room available. One thing to note is that the sauna follows the traditional Austrian style, where guests are expected to use it nude.
The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and shower located in separate areas, which felt slightly inconvenient at times.
As for the breakfast, there weren’t many options. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet (€29 per person), and it was quite decent.

The room was quite ordinary and simple, without anything particularly special or luxurious. However, it was clean and generally well maintained, which made the stay comfortable enough. The bed was fine, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs.
Housekeeping did a decent job, and overall cleanliness was acceptable throughout the stay. While the room design and facilities were fairly basic, it served its purpose well, especially for resting after a long day outside.
Overall, it was a reasonably comfortable stay. Nothing impressive, but nothing to complain about either. The cleanliness was the main positive point, and the room met our expectations for a standard stay.

Guest UserThis hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. However, although this place is small and well-equipped, don’t expect any service. When we arrived, we were greeted by an Asian girl. I will tell you about the facilities and equipment that I should tell you about, and I will also help you carry some luggage. It is tiring to drive three and a half hours to the hotel, but when you suddenly see an Asian face, you feel friendly instantly. You have to take the initiative to ask her how to turn on the heater. , otherwise it will be extremely cold at night and early in the morning, even in Austria in early October!

The hotel was easy to find. My room wasn't in the main building, so it was a short walk, but a staff member helped me with directions and my luggage. The lake view from the room was exactly as pictured. The room also had a bathtub, and the toiletries were L'Occitane. The breakfast restaurant is in the main building and offers partial sea views.

This is an unforgettable resort, like being in a fairyland, with a lake next to it. The resort has many children's play facilities, which is very suitable for the whole family to play. On the other side of the river is Hatshepsut, the most beautiful town in the world. We stayed in a log cabin, which is rare for Asians like me to stay in. It was very romantic and dreamy here, and I didn't even want to leave. There is a small convenience store attached to the resort, which has a lot of food. The rooms have a full set of kitchen utensils and microwaves. After buying food in the store, you can go back to the holiday home and cook it. You don't have to worry about having nothing to eat. The bus stop to Hasutat is right in front of the resort. Accommodation here is twice as cheap as on the Hasselt side. After staying for the first night, I really wanted to stay one more day the next day, but unfortunately the hotel was full. The beautiful lady also gave me a free breakfast, which was the best breakfast I had during my trip. When checking out, the lady kindly asked me what I thought of the resort. I said I really wanted to stay for one more day, and the computer immediately checked for me again, but unfortunately there were no rooms available, so I had to leave and go to Hacienda to stay for one more day. I hope I can come back to this beautiful town next time and stay a few more days.

Visibly clean, but dirty if you looked close (moldy shower). In the standard double that I stayed in, you will get two (only 2) outlets in your room and neither will be near the bed. You will have one trashcan in the bathroom that is smaller than a gallon/two liters. Other than that, not horrible.
The restaurant is very expensive if you’re traveling on a budget (€40 Weiner schnitzel, so I would recommend finding something else to eat. If you plan on having more than a coffee for breakfast, definitely get a breakfast plan st the hotel. It is about €12 a morning and a cappuccino will run you about €8 euros in the resturant. A breakfast plan gets you whatever you want in the resturant in the morning for free!
If you’re planning on exploring the area, you’ll definitely want a car or bike, do NOT rely on public transit or you will end up paying a lot for taxis. You also cannot rely on uber because you’re too far away from Salzburg.

Disappointing stay at this hotel.
1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees.
As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise.
2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received.
Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received.
To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

Anonymous UserLeonardo rarely disappoints. The lobby has a stylish atmosphere, and the staff provided excellent service, even helping us find recommended local restaurants. The accommodation itself was also great, with plenty of space. Definitely worth recommending for a pleasant stay.
