The location and surrounding environment are good.It is not disturbed by night passages such as restaurants and bars. The facilities are clean and good.You can use it again next time. Above all, they provide breakfast with sunban and cup noodles for free. Friendly staff.Good value for money.

The surrounding environment is also good for a light walk,  My wife greeted me with a smile, so when I entered the room on the first day, ”You chose it well” ㅎㅎㅎ I felt good. After booking 4 nights, I called for an extra night and asked for an hour extension of check-out. OK!!!!! 🙆🏻♂️. Thank you. I'm sorry my friend was so sorry. Thanks to your understanding and consideration, I'm going to the hospital at the appointed time on Friday. We're here well.

I came after resting with satisfaction for the price ~

방 내부는 괜찮습니다. 요나 이불, 베개, 수건 등 청결한 편이고 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 그러나 외부 및 복도 쪽, 바베큐존 등은 관리가 전혀 안 된 모습입니다. 바베큐도 그릴, 숯, 가위와 집게 하나가 제공될 뿐이고 모든 것을 객실에서 가져와야 합니다. 전자레인지 이용도 객실에서 하고 가져와야 하고 버너는 직접 가져와야 사용가능합니다. 객실과 바베큐존이 멀어서 매우 불편했습니다. (2층거리) 그리고 6월초에는 에어컨을 사용할 수 없는 것 같습니다. 이용할 때 문의해 보셔야 할 것 같네요. 전반적으로 지불한 금액에 적합한 서비스와 시설은 아니었다고 느꼈습니다.

2회차 방문입니다. 일단 접근성이 깡패에요. 화정역 내리자마자 바로 보여서 지하철 이용시 엄청 편리합니다. 그리고 시설 역시 동 가격대 호텔 대비 엄청 준수한 편입니다. 로비도 넓고, 방 내부와 화장실까지 넓은데 올드한 느낌도 없이 깔끔해요. 딱 한 가지 단점만 빼면 가격 대비 완벽한 숙소라 할 만합니다.  단점은 매우 열악한 방음입니다. 누워있으면 옆 방 소리가 적나라하게 다 들리는데 처음 묵었을 땐 잠을 이루기가 힘들 정도였습니다. 그리고 건물 내 다른 층에 노래방이 있는 듯 보이는데, 어떤 방에선 노래소리와 쿵쿵대는 소리가 너무 크게 들려 역시 잠을 이루기 힘들게 합니다. 모텔에서 옆 방 방음 문제는 어느 정도 감안해야 하는 부분이라 해도 노래소리와 쿵쿵 소음은 확실히 아쉬운 부분입니다. 방음 문제는 처음 묵었을 땐 꽤 괴로웠는데 2회차 방문 때는 방 위치가 달라서인지 전혀 문제가 없긴 했습니다.  방음이 안 되는 단점을 고려해도 이 가격대에 이만한 숙소는 찾기가 힘들긴 합니다. 접근성과 시설 면에서 주변 다른 모텔을 압도합니다. 고양에 주기적으로 방문해야 하기 때문에 앞으로도 이 숙소를 계속 이용할 의사가 있습니다. 수면 중 소음에 민감한 분들은 신중히 고려하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

The hotel location is close to the military base with restaurants and night life within walking distance. There are also local markets nearby for snacks and host nation foods, worth the price.

I was really expecting a different room based on the pictures they have. But I ended up completely disappointed as the room looked NOTHING like what was shown in the images. Apart from that, it has a good location and everything is very comfortable and clean.
