Beautiful hotel spotlessly clean and the service was great. The open bar on the glass roof was amazing the view can see the island sunrise and sunsets sat and relaxed with some great friends having an ice cold beer and listen to some great music what a fabulous spot. The boss lady who is the manager of the hotel was so helpful helping to set up visits to the City in the Sky. Definitely 10 out of 10!!!

We stayed two nights at this holiday inn, a couple-run hotel. ① Excellent service: The owner checked us in smoothly, and the hostess enthusiastically carried our luggage to our room. ② Excellent facilities and cleanliness: The hotel is equipped with an elevator, making it very convenient for getting around. The bedding and toiletries were clean and complete, and the hot water, air conditioning, and TV were all excellent. ③ Great location: First, just 200 meters right outside the hotel entrance, you'll see the bus terminal and Enshi Bus Station signs, providing easy access to all of Enshi's attractions. Second, dining is convenient, with restaurants all around, delicious, and affordable. I especially enjoyed the sweet and fragrant crucian carp and tofu soup. ④ Quiet environment: Although surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep.

老闆娘超級超級熱情！這個必須要第一項説，人特別好，推薦的吃飯的地方是最實惠且口味好，我們住了兩天，也去了別的店吃飯，衹有她推薦的店，是最滿意的！想吃水果，還帶我們去超市！我們一家六口（爺爺奶奶，爸爸媽媽，小朋友，還有一衹布偶貓）住了一個湖景套房，從大人到小朋友，到小貓咪都特別滿意，環境乾淨整潔無異味，小貓咪特別愛乾淨，如果有異味，她會一直轉來轉去喵喵叫，到這個房間，她常規巡視一圈就開始吃吃喝喝玩了。還有還有最讓我們暖心的事是，我們晚上洗的衣服晾在樓頂棚子裏，怕下雨，第二天一早出門去遊玩了，下午回來到樓頂，發現老闆娘居然還幫我們把衣服拿出來曬太陽，特別暖心啊！讚了讚了！我真的是挑不出毛病！房間就是圖片裏的那樣！沒有虛假宣傳，洗漱用品乾淨衞生，紙巾也不是那種沾點水就掉絮絮的，床也很舒服，在房間就能看到仙島湖的美景，離景區幾分鐘，散個步就到了，不知道咋誇了。是我們這次旅行路上的光！尤其在我們經歷了前一天晚上一點到一家酒店，發現實際跟現實入住的房間完全不一樣，床上有頭髮，還有尿騷味，沙發上都有好多頭髮，找房東解決，直接跟我們説你們退了吧！那種感覺！從南京開車到黃石，一點多，一家人，想退考慮到長者沒辦法再折騰，被迫入住的那種心情。就知道我們現在住的臨湖賓館的老闆娘簡直就是她無法匹及的天花板！！！
