這家酒店真是太棒了！[玫瑰][玫瑰]服務態度超級好，房間很乾凈，床品也舒適，強力推薦，酒店大堂有個百寶箱，有很多可以借用的小物品，酒店想的實在太周到了，進店感覺到家一般的感覺，15樓自帶洗衣房和健身房，方便省事，對於出差人士非常友好，是不二選擇！

房間非常舒適，乾淨整潔，酒店前台兩位小妹妹態度都非常好，也很敬業！有自助洗衣房，洗衣機、烘乾機都有，非常適合長期在外旅遊的！價格還不貴，強力推薦！

服務：前台無服務態度，入住退房沒有任何笑容，客房服務員敷衍了事
設施：性價比超差勁👎🏻不推薦入住
衞生：地面 窗簾 枕套都是污漬
環境：房間隔音相當於沒有隔音，晚上休息跟睡在馬路丫子邊上一樣什麼聲音都聽得到，樓下KTV兩點才安靜不吵（2-3樓可以吵到整棟樓也是真**），直接給我整失眠了！
剛入住看了一圈房間衞生不咋地，我勉勉強強對付一晚好好睡一覺就行！沒想着這隔音那麼差！真他喵香蕉個扒拉，離譜到家離譜踏馬給離譜開門！

酒店房間舒適，衞生乾淨。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，推薦的餐廳也很好吃。前台還有一個百寶箱，出門忘記帶卸粧水了還可以找前台借。

設施：房間裝修是簡約現代風格，智能家居，各種設施都很新，衞生也很不錯
服務：前台和清潔服務阿姨都很熱情，特別是51號，最值得稱讚，期間碰到了一些問題都完美解決了。

自駕從來郴州高椅嶺遊玩選擇了這家凱里亞德酒店，這裏離景區不遠，停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果好，房間裏很安靜。工作人員熱情有禮，前台51小姐姐表揚一下她。走得匆忙，沒來得及拍房間照片，所以附幾張遊玩的照片😄😄
