I had a wonderful experience when my wife and I stayed at The St Regis Zhuhai. The overall atmosphere and renovation are great. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff was incredibly helpful and consistently making sure we were comfortable. I must give credits to Joey Zhou, the Loyalty Manager and her staff Cora Huang of their working attitude and the smiling face.

Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

This direct Hilton hotel was my final choice after comparing several high-end hotels in the surrounding area. When I arrived at the hotel entrance, there were service guides guiding me to the parking lot. The nicest thing was that I forgot to bring my ID card when I checked in. The letter from the hotel front desk was like a little sister. They also provided clear instructions for Guangdong Province to scan my face and export my ID card information to help me check in quickly. I was very happy and even upgraded me to a king bed room with a sea view. The room facilities are very new and large. There is also a small round table for working and a couch for sleeping. The space is very large. The five-star breakfast configuration can meet the needs of combining Chinese and Western. The waiters are very enthusiastic and help grind coffee and prepare lemonade. There are many window seats facing the bay, which is very relaxing. Next time I go to Zhuhai, I will still choose Zhuhai Hilton, and I will still find girls like Xinru! Because the big bed room was booked, there was a twin room, but the housekeeper contacted us in advance to help put the bed together. There are small gifts at check-in, and there is a late night snack in the evening. The room was very clean and there were disposable bath towels, slippers, face towels, very intimate. The key bed is not soft and very comfortable. There are convenience stores, tea shops, fruit shops, pharmacies downstairs, which is very convenient. It is not a hotel but a serviced apartment in an office block: The name Kerry Bay Hotel is not shown even at the entrance f the building, we could only tried to get in and go up to see if there is a reception. The lobby and corridor had no air conditioning, we managed to check in at a some room at a corner with a signage at its door. The lady took us to another floor where it appeared to be unoccupied and still undergoing renovation, some rooms are unfurnished. The room was clean and facilities were ok, but there is no washing machine (as told, the rooms either have fridge or washing machine?!). The cleaning lady replenished the basic stuff and clean the kitchenette quite well.

About 1 km east there is a souvenir mall and many seafood shops. Walk west to a shopping mall near the Convention and Exhibition Center. Macau can be seen from the hotel window, and the photo is a window view. The surrounding environment is acceptable. Room facilities are a bit old. The only dissatisfaction is that there is a garbage disposal site next to the hotel, and I never dared to open the window when I stayed. There is also a fly in the ointment. Because the hotel is close to the roadside, the hotel is equipped with single-sided viewing glass. Although it increases privacy, it greatly affects the lighting in the room and makes the room feel very dark during the day. The lights are not very bright either, which may be a common problem in hotels.
