Sheraton Properties in Zhoushan

So glad I chose this place. I was a bit sad to leave, and I'll definitely be back! It's a chain hotel from a big brand, and the property management is Greentown, so it has a strong foundation! The location is excellent and convenient for transportation! Even though it's an older hotel, the materials used are solid! The room was very quiet! The view from the balcony was quite expansive! A special thank you to Ms. Ye Yingmeng at the front desk, who was incredibly empathetic! Seeing that I was traveling with an elderly person, she specifically requested an upgrade from the manager! Thank you, manager! The entire hotel team provided excellent service! When I first arrived, the security guard at the entrance and the bellhop, Mr. Chen Hezhong, enthusiastically helped unload our luggage and assisted my elderly companion, which immediately made a great impression! The cleaning lady, Ms. Tang Xiaoying, was especially meticulous; the room organization and cleanliness were superb! The ladies at the executive lounge were very kind, helping to prepare soft, well-cooked noodles for the elderly person every day! The highlight of breakfast was the ramen! I had a bowl every day! The chef was particularly kind! Knowing it was for an elderly person, he pulled the noodles thinly and cooked them until they were very soft!
