Environment: It's located in the center of Dinghai. It's about a ten-minute walk to attractions like the Ancient City and Xidajie, and less than an hour to Wugongyu Pier. It's also about a ten-minute walk to the East Bus Station for trips back to Ningbo, and a ride-hailing service is less than ten yuan. Ride-hailing services are easily accessible right outside the hotel. Service: All staff members are kind and approachable. The restaurant and linen staff are polite and friendly. When checking in, the front desk attendant, Sophia Wang, provided excellent service. She patiently introduced nearby attractions, helped book pier transfers, and arranged lunch and dinner. She even upgraded our room for free because the one I booked wasn't suitable, which I greatly appreciated. Having stayed in hundreds of four and five-star hotels, I often get lost in new places and take the wrong elevator.
