We always enjoy our stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful!! The only thing that needs to be done is updating living room furniture...

The room was large with a fairly decent sized refrigerator and a nice table to eat at. The beds were comfortable and the mini split was so quiet. We would come again!

Room was freezing upon check in. Took an hour to warm up with the mini split. Great water pressure. TV remote only got 1 Channel. No conditioner just shampoo

It was clean and is in a good location. Just a basic room,no frills but we were not there to sight see so that was fine. Unable to figure how to work the tv. No staff available at all! No one ever in the office. Never informed that our key would be left in the mailbox so that was distressing when we tried to check in. Tried to call several times and it would ring once and then go to a busy signal. Found an employee, finally, walking with a trash bag and they told us where the key to our room would be. Had emailed them to see what was going on but never got a response so this was distressing since we could only check in between 3 pm to 5 pm. Given the time of year we were there it was quiet.

I was very disappointed. The coffeemaker didn't work. The TV volume didn't work. I waited to speak with staff the next day but they weren't scheduled until 11AM??? Does that sound weird? Worst of all, I was accosted by a guest who told me to get off the property! Not sure what to do next. They don't answer their phone. Weirdest and worst hotel.

We were afraid at first but the reviews are not all that correct
The rooms are clean updated and well appointed the staff were friendly and welcoming don’t always go by the reviews take a look for yourself

More than accommodating. This property was off the main road so walking distance to restaurants and shops. Short drive to the ocean. And the staff was wonderful. They were able to help us in our stay with an early check in to get ready for a local wedding. Would stay here again
