Although the hotel’s rooms are in line with five-diamonds, the hotel is more similar to a four-star hotel as a whole. The lobby space of the hotel is relatively small. There is no lobby bar, concierge, and no banquet hall gym. Such as five-star standard facilities, the services provided in the hotel premises are limited. The hotel is very quiet in the arms of nature. The room was spacious and bright, very clean and the bathroom was large. The front desk staff was patient and very user-friendly. Because of the next trip, I discussed with the front desk whether I could postpone the refund for an hour. The hotel agreed and was very touched. Breakfast quality is also OK, staying in many hotels in Yili, the room layout is better than many hotels. Recommend to friends who come to Yili and like quiet.

Staying in a hotel in Yining City, spent a high price, but met with daunting service. When we arrived at the door of the hotel, the concierge helped us pick up our luggage, and the service was very good, which made us feel warm. But the next check-in made us feel cold. There are a bunch of waiters at the front desk, but only two registration windows are opened. Two groups of guests are registering (2 people per call). Because the front desk is built up with glass, only a small hole is opened (a bit like a bank counter), and the guests need to be loud. The people inside can only hear the speech, and the people inside have to use a microphone and a tweeter to speak to the outside world. As a result, it is full of voices and there is no environment that a five-star hotel should have. We had been waiting for two groups of guests to register, but it took a very, very long time. Finally it was our turn, and the registration brother left. An older waitress came over to handle it for us. For some reason, her face was so long, as if someone owed her something. The five-star hotel may make her unhappy), from the beginning to the end, she never gave us a good face, and the exchanges were also cold and hard. When we made a reservation, she noted that a non-smoking room was required. She ignored this remark at all. When we did the nucleic acid test, she directly issued us a non-smoking floor room card.
