民宿在市區一條藍色主題的街道邊，整棟建築很有腔調，有不少明星去過；很適合喜歡拍照的朋友來打卡；入住的時候氣温有點低，房間的空調製熱跟不上，裏面的設施實話説有點一般，早餐有點太…還得下點功夫

酒店的地理位置非常好，就在喀贊其，出門就打卡藍房子一條街，門口有百年老店冰淇淋，因為每天出門早，美女老闆娘非常貼心的準備早餐帶在路上吃，酒店衞生設施很講究，浴巾都有一次性的，強烈推薦第一次來伊寧的朋友可以嘗試，酒店有停車場，下次來伊寧還會住這裏。

城堡一樣的民宿，很新很乾凈，住的非常舒服。工作人員十分熱情，每天都會問明天是否需要用早餐，需要幾點吃。由於前兩天出門較早，等不到早點的時間，工作人員前一天晚上還給我送了麪包和酸奶供我一早出門吃，非常細心，有一種賓至如歸的感覺。地點很好，就在喀贊其裏面，出行很方便，新疆很大，下次還會選擇這裏。

首先伊寧真的很美很舒服！
然後花田雲邸細節做的很好，小姐姐們的服務也很好，雖然沒有電梯，但都爭着幫我提行李，早餐是豐富的，但有點吃不慣
建築很美，象一座城堡
交通很方便，無論自駕還是步行這個位置都再適合不過了，真心推薦

東北大漢牆裂滿意民宿！
第一：位置槓槓熱鬧，就在喀贊其民俗旅遊區，賊啦啦熱鬧！
第二：民宿建築風格自己瞅瞅，走過路過都願意進來看看，店家很熱情接待非住客進院打個卡。
第三：店家熱情度有點讓我一個東北大漢覺得害羞嘞。一下車，三個小姐姐來幫我提箱子，我的媽啊，太熱情！各種要求，基本有求必應！
第四：來伊寧，還猶豫啥啊老鐵，閉眼睛住這家啊！
