Hangting Hotel Properties in Yining City

The hotel claims to be new this year, so everything is basically brand new. Pros: It's very close to Six-Star Street, within walking distance, so you don't have to drive and look for parking there. The front desk staff and security guards were all excellent throughout my stay, helping me coordinate parking. Cons: Their underground parking garage isn't finished yet, so there are no charging stations (which contradicts the description). Also, because the underground parking isn't ready, I spent two days looking for parking when I returned to the hotel. Sigh.

Facilities: Great, seems recently renovated. The bedding is very comfortable. There's also a washing machine, perfect for long-term travelers. Cleanliness: Excellent, promptly cleaned. Service: Terrible! We arrived to check in at 7 PM, only to be told at the front desk that our booked room hadn't been cleaned yet and we'd have to wait 30 minutes. I explicitly stated that we had just arrived after a long journey and really wanted to rest, and that a room change would be acceptable (they clearly had other room types available, which I could see online and were even cheaper than what we booked). We also had two large suitcases, but the front desk still refused. I honestly can't understand it, nor do I want to. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such service. So, if I book a room with them for a day, I can only check in after 7 PM?!

Facilities: Free parking is available. It's quite close to Liuxingjie Scenic Area, making it convenient for getting around, and there are many food delivery options. Cleanliness: It was clean and hygienic. We stayed for two days, and housekeeping service was provided, with water replenished promptly. Environment: The room was spacious with a good view. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic, recommending places to eat and even giving us breakfast vouchers.

The room is a bit small, especially after the bathroom door is opened, the aisle is a bit narrow. Because there are planes flying overhead, the hotel provides earplugs. But I only heard it twice in the morning. It was fine at night, I didn’t hear anything. The breakfast is okay. It is on the first floor of the basement. There is a buffet with a rich variety and it is very comfortable to eat. Parking is available at the door, and the staff at the hotel door take the initiative to help with parking. It's very convenient to eat downstairs and go out for a walk.

The room is clean and comfortable. The front desk service is enthusiastic. I am very satisfied. I also applied for a membership card. I will come again next time.
