Hangting Hotel Properties in Yining City

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center around Six Star Street, with everything you could possibly need nearby – super convenient! I even ordered takeout late at night, and it still got delivered. As for the hotel itself, it's very new. The most unique feature is that the sink, toilet, and shower are all separated, creating a really spacious and functional bathroom. Their robot delivery service is also incredibly convenient; I ordered takeout four or five times, and it was always delivered promptly. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast spread looked great. The broccoli was delicious, and so were the stir-fried bean sprouts. The staff provided excellent service, even giving us a small gift when we checked out. We stayed here on our way to visit Narat, and we really picked a great spot. I highly recommend this very new hotel!

Facilities: Great, seems recently renovated. The bedding is very comfortable. There's also a washing machine, perfect for long-term travelers. Cleanliness: Excellent, promptly cleaned. Service: Terrible! We arrived to check in at 7 PM, only to be told at the front desk that our booked room hadn't been cleaned yet and we'd have to wait 30 minutes. I explicitly stated that we had just arrived after a long journey and really wanted to rest, and that a room change would be acceptable (they clearly had other room types available, which I could see online and were even cheaper than what we booked). We also had two large suitcases, but the front desk still refused. I honestly can't understand it, nor do I want to. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such service. So, if I book a room with them for a day, I can only check in after 7 PM?!

We went to Yili for a self-guided tour and booked this Hanting Hotel. The price was cheap, the room was clean, the room size was large, and the surrounding was quiet. The ethnic minority girls and boys at the front desk were all very pretty and handsome, and there was a Xinjiang restaurant downstairs, which was very good.

This hotel is perfect for travelers! The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise all night. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. There are plenty of tables and chairs, which was convenient for placing our belongings, and food delivery services nearby were super easy to use. Right across from the hotel is Shanghai City Pedestrian Street, making it very handy for buying naan bread and other necessities. The front desk and room service were very responsive and always available when needed. Overall, my entire stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Second time staying at the hotel, good value for money, Hygiene: clean, comfortable sheets; Facilities: well maintained; Environment: Convenient to travel; Service: Because I am a light sleeper, the little girl at the front desk thoughtfully arranged for a hotel that is not facing the road, so it is very quiet.
